    Also Tim Kennedy: “If you’re under 21, you shouldn’t be able to own a rifle if you can’t own a pistol.”
    1) That being a totally ridiculous statement because are easier to shoot and less accidents happen with them, compared to pistols.
    2) We allow 18 year olds, to handle and shoot rifles. some even do it at 17, hell, for a few wars we even drafted teenagers against their will and ordered them to kill for us. But if you’re a law abiding citizen he doesn’t think you privately them.

    Everyone LOVES to have "Gucci" level gear and weapons and never actually train!!! And those of us who have served, did so on "Mil-Spec" gear and did so happily!! Because it was issued! But more importantly, trained!!! Trained so much we could do it w/o gear and have our steps and movements down in our sleep!!! And for those of us who were down range, knowing how to deal with failures while under fire tested us beyond belief!!!
    Get proper training by LICENSED, WELL TRAINED AND REPUTABLE TRAINERS!!!
    Carry On!!

    is there an advantage to flipping your rear sight around? or is it a clearance thing with the scope

      Yea. If you flip your rear site around. It allows you to shoot behind you.

    • @DamonKirry
      @DamonKirry Год назад

      I zero at 50. A SIMPLE 1.5X-4.5X lpvo makes ranges out to 400 yards pretty comfortable. I do recommend practicing shooting close range(2-10yards) so you get comfortable with adjusting your point of aim. Good luck👍

      Shh we dont mention that. To some right is left left is right so it works 😂. My guess is he was worried it would come up on it's own and block his optic??? I don't honestly know why, could be the logo design and the odd way you change the aperture. Either way it's backwards but still technically could work.

      it pushes the iron sights even more forward and saves space on the rail as he has a bunch of stuff in the front.

    Lol my work horse is almost identical except it’s a 14.5 pinned and no ir laser lol. It’s so basic and bare bones.. hell it’s still rocking the 2003ish DD free float 8” quad rail with f stamp front a2 lol. She’s a beast and only issues in 19 years of owning it would be she hates cheap alum mags.. 30k maybe more and she will still pop clays at 300 though all day lol. Early serial M&P coming right off the ban lift with crappy 1/9 but will still handle up to 75’s wo issue. The single best firearm I’ve ever owned outside my 30yo FS92 still rocking factory everything minus recoil spring and guide rod. My father had 30k or so through it used on police trade before I bought off him and used for competition and carry for 10 or so years after that for another solid 30-40k rounds.. biether gun is shot out yet although the beretta is really close to needing a full rebuild top to bottom.. bought the kits from them directly prob 10 years ago and still have yet to do it.

    Need to rip off the scope when it goes down??? Have you ever considered adding your back up sights and an aimpoint on a 45 degree?! This is the way most things are going in the MIL/LEO community.
