There's an other way to do the hospital glitch. The room next the red room has a stretcher outside. Throw a grenade at it and it will move slightly so you can jump through the window it was blocking.

Am I the only one who knows that if you stand outside of a hospital, facing the doors and enter a car/bike cheat code, it will spawn inside the hospital? Once you enter the hospital to get in or on the vehicle, it will disappear. You can still get in or on it but the whole game glitches up when you do so until you exit the hospital.
3:04 I heard some guys tried doing this glitch but it didn't work because they chose the wrong buildings and there were 2 but they didn't use helicopters so it didn't work
the worst glitch in GTA IV is in one of the earlier missions where I believe you have to take Brucie back to his garage where he then invites you in. At the end of the cutscene, Niko will walk to the garage as it starts closing but if you walked too far into the garage before triggering the cutscene, Niko will hit the garage door and stay inside the garage, causing the cutscene to keep playing at the same part while Niko walks in a circle forever attempting to get out of the garage. I say forever because I left the game on for 5 hours in an attempt for the game to correct itself to avoid losing all of my gameplay for that day since I hadn't saved, but you could guess what I had to do.
theres also a cargo container somewhere i think on west side of middle island that you can jam a vehicle between the double doors where one is open and one is shut and it makes the container flip and spaz out smashing anything on the road nearby. it can also make you go under the map too it was hilarious when i found it all them years ago!
not sure why the swingset does what it does? i suggest getting into any form of game engine and studying dynamic objects and constraints lol the swingset is set to no sleeping so that its children, (the swings,) can swing continuously so it also must undergo trimesh physics calculations and for this rockstar chose to make it dynamic so it could be destructable. touching it with another dynamic object like a car but not destroying the constraints it has to the ground enables it to become dynamic but it is still constrained by the ground, causing vibrations. and if it moves more than a foot in a single frame, and a single frame is one 60th of a second, it therefore moves 60 ft per second and that's a lot of power to be calculated kinetically. i love video games. i also really love physics
I have an interesting story mission glitch that happened to me while playing GTA 4. The "undertaker" mission never happened (i.e. Niko never received a call from Packie to go to the funeral for Derrick(yes, there's a funeral for both Derrick OR Francis)). Therefore no kidnapping strand because Gerry was never arrested and sent to the Alderney State Penitentiary.
You can do the swing set glitch in single player just back up into it Its actually better if you back into it because then you can sometimes drive back and do it multiple times trying to see how crumpled up your car can get

My favorite glitches to do were (online) Taking the tug boat to the area where most of the players are at & making it lag rally bad. Bomb The Base 2 Glitch & going under the map through that carnival area.

I remember doing the empire state building helicopter glitch and flying through the rivers just under the water at full speed like a mad man (I was an amazing pilot) Even funnier I would take an annihilator from the airport then go under the map and fly back to the airport then land in the hanger next to the helicopters then whenever a player would try to get in a helicopter I would blow it up from inside the building I would have unlimited rockets too because I could just get back inside the helicopter
U forgot one glitch, in the expansion, u can use the p90 while riding a motorcycle, u select the cheat that let's u have the p90 when u on the bike and scroll through ur weapons till u see it, I think this is it but not sure
