Blame France... back after they won there independence from France they had just a few years to celebrate before France showed up at there shores with the full force of it military and pretty much forced them at gunpoint to sign a treaty that made them promise to pay France $365 billion for compensation to France for freeing themselves from French slavery. So in order to pay them back and not get invaded they must literally give 70% of the GDP earnings to France which is keeping them poor and not able to develope themselves

Yup. For well over 100 years, France demandes payment in exchange for recognizing Haiti's independence (they litterally forced Haitians to pay for freeing themselves from slavery)
The payments were about 90 million francs in 1838, which is equivalent to $32,535,940,803 in 2022 dollars. These payments meant there was very little money left over to help maintain or develop infrastructure or social services for a good 100 years.

The order problem isn't just internal. Haiti has been kep in poverty since the 1800s, largely because France made the former slave colony pay for it's independence for well over 100 year. Litterally, France demanded the Haitian government pay for their independence/their freedom, until like 2010. Haiti spent something to the tune of $115 billion dollars to France for this, which meant there's been next to nothing left to invest domestically in services and infrastructure.

Since then, they’ve installed several regimes that the Haitian people had no say in. All of the guns that are in Haiti right now are not made in Haiti, nor is the ammunition made in Haiti. Most of the guns come from the port of Florida…

Washington punished Haiti ever since 1789 subjecting all of Latin America to the Monroe Doctrine. 235 years of oppression is a long time. Time has come the oppressor quit being an oppressor.

Maybe if Haiti didn't have to spend the equivalent of $115 billion to France for over 200 years, Haiti would be in a better spot. I'm not kidding, up until 2010, France was still demanding Haiti compensate it for liberating the islands slaves back in 1804. In many years, the amount France demanded equalled 80% of Haiti's revenue (and if Haiti didn't cough up the money, France would enact an embargo on the nation). There's been nothing left to invest in services or infrastructure for decades.
