No need for a season 2 unless they treat it like an anthology. She's stuck in a timeloop because of her mother. Her mother is trying to break it at the end by saying, "Don't come home" because she understands what would happen and why she was choking her and finally saw the resemblance. It's a tragic life cycle for Varee.

The time travel got me. The mother and daughter went to the time travel because of her mother. Varee is adapted because her mother real son died of accident so she use travel time to bring her son back but the child who went is Varee's son😅 it’s really confusing

Thailand, you have nailed it! I loved this original limited series. This is more than just a "ghost story", there are so many other relevant elements in this series. The drama, acting and the story are all amazing. I think the director and script writer wanted to merge multiple genres in one show and they did not fail. It could have easily become very cringey, but they pulled it off masterfully. Every scene and prop has relevance so pay attention to the plot, if you get lazy, you will miss a lot of important things. I wish I could talk in detail about the series but I won't give spoilers so that people can enjoy this show. It does get slow in the middle especially with the lady cop and her story, but all the characters are important in the series. Also, I still don't understand one thing, that if the old man looking after the house saw the little girl with her mother, then why did he say to the cops that he didn’t ? Maybe he was still protecting the secret of the lady of the house. I can see that the story took inspiration from many movies and shows like ‘The Conjuring’ movie and another Netflix drama ' The haunting of the Hill House'. Is it watchable? Yes! Is it entertaining? Yes! It is scary and emotional. I am so glad I decided to watch this. It has been years since I watched a good Asian horror/ mystery series.

Just finished this series and WHAT THE FUCK? My mind has officially been blowned up. It will emotionally fuck you up. Man i just feel really sad now. Haunting of hill house & Dark vibes . But this is a masterpiece of its own.

Very recomended, this movie is scary and sad at the same time. It's start from regret and love of a mother, but the most i learn from this film is be carefull if you choose a man, marry the wrong man will change your life.
Finally, something different to watch. I actually paid attention to this one. Just watched it all in one night. Truly next level storyline. I feel this will get a bad rating because many won't understand the level of intelligence this took. I hope to seem more from these writers. 10 / 10 for me. The mind tricks, and the twist and the actual truth about the character is wow. The comments prove many do not get the ending.
Just finished watching it. Its worth a watch. Basically this whole series is a giant loop of events. However at the end the loop should have been broken and that evil mother should have died instead of varee.
First episode felt like nothing much new. Once we start episode 2 , the missing case you want to binge watch the whole show. Sad story. 😢 but very well done. Kudos to makers of this show
this story was so sad. you came in thinking it was a horror story, by the end you're saddened. the main character had no peace at all, she was doomed from the start. all cuz of her greedy mother.
The director adds symbolics about time loops in the detail such as -the Varee's surname in Thai means infinite memory -the time 3.14 at the clock and Min's birth time. it's like pi 3.14... -circles -OST. lyric is about stucking in time and etc.
There are many theories about this, some one say it’s like quantum physics that you can’t find the linear timeline and answer. it gave me headache to figure it out too. It’s like I understand but I don’t understand, So I gave up 😂

She's coming from the future. 30 years later. The mother loves the kid and wants to keep her. But is still longing for her real daughter.. So makes a new attempt. This time, a bigger woman appears. Turns out she's the real girl's mother. Defensive, sick and selfish, she kills the real mother and leaves the house. Little girl is growing. She starts to look more and more like.. The crazy lady that claimed to be coming from the future.. And it suddenly hit her. Around the last episode, she understands that the woman was telling the truth. So, she tries to stop the tragedy by asking her daughter to "not come home". But the kid had amnesia and forgot everything that happened before her 5 years age.. So.. She still somehow comes home. To face the same cycle, and same tragedy. Little girl gets pulled back to the past, the mother is next, but dies trying to bring back her daughter.. Then the kid grows up to become a mother, again, raised by her own "future" killer, and the story keeps replaying until something happens to break it. To break it, the mother needs to not come home. Hence, the husband has to treat her well and look after her. Never push her or let her leave him and find shelter in the haunted house. This is the scenario that would have broken the cycle.
The story is brilliant no doubt… After “Dark” another new mind bendling story❤ But 1 things has not identified how “Min” is born? The husband of Varee told that Min is not his daughter… then who is the original mother and father of Min????Eagerly waiting for this quantum entanglement answer😊
answer is bootstrap paradox but not so sure if its applicable to the concept "you giving birth to yourself". Look up the scene in "Dark" where bootstrap paradox was explained then youll get your answer somehow i guess. But my simple answer is Varee gave birth to herself, regardless of whoever is the father, she will always give birth to herself, go back to that house and repeat, a time loop.

There is a massive hole in the plot. So the professor’s daughter and husband died. She invented the time machine that can bring things from the FUTURE located right above the machine. The hole in the plot is professor’s daughter is dead in the first place so how did professor’s daughter went to Bangkok so she can come back after 30 years to the house? Then only she and her little girl got sucked in by the machine to the past. 🤯🤯🤯🤯

Finally, something different to watch. I actually paid attention to this one. Just watched it all in one night. Truly next level storyline. I feel this will get a bad rating because many won't understand the level of intelligence this took. I hope to seem more from these writers. 10 / 10 for me. The mind tricks, and the twist and the actual truth about the character is wow. The comments prove many do not get the ending.

Just finished watching it. Its worth a watch. Basically this whole series is a giant loop of events. However at the end the loop should have been broken and that evil mother should have died instead of varee.
Man, this series is just so sad. I won't spoil anything, but I feel sad for varee and min.
First episode felt like nothing much new. Once we start episode 2 , the missing case you want to binge watch the whole show. Sad story. 😢 but very well done. Kudos to makers of this show

In 1992, a mother loses her child and feels terribly guilty for it. She tries to bring her back using a time machine. What happens is: another little girl appears. She's coming from the future. 30 years later.
The mother loves the kid and wants to keep her. But is still longing for her real daughter.. So makes a new attempt. This time, a bigger woman appears. Turns out she's the real girl's mother.
Defensive, sick and selfish, she kills the real mother and leaves the house.
Little girl is growing. She starts to look more and more like.. The crazy lady that claimed to be coming from the future.. And it suddenly hit her.
Around the last episode, she understands that the woman was telling the truth.
So, she tries to stop the tragedy by asking her daughter to "not come home". But the kid had amnesia and forgot everything that happened before her 5 years age.. So.. She still somehow comes home.
To face the same cycle, and same tragedy.
Little girl gets pulled back to the past, the mother is next, but dies trying to bring back her daughter.. Then the kid grows up to become a mother, again, raised by her own "future" killer, and the story keeps replaying until something happens to break it.
To break it, the mother needs to not come home.
Hence, the husband has to treat her well and look after her. Never push her or let her leave him and find shelter in the haunted house. This is the scenario that would have broken the cycle.
Already watched this movie. The best, and we had discussion among our family members after finishing it. Awesome !

answer is bootstrap paradox but not so sure if its applicable to the concept "you giving birth to yourself". Look up the scene in "Dark" where bootstrap paradox was explained then youll get your answer somehow i guess. But my simple answer is Varee gave birth to herself, regardless of whoever is the father, she will always give birth to herself, go back to that house and repeat, a time loop.
Yes it's a timeloop she was stuck between that time, to stop it she needs to stay away from her home so the time travel thing will not pull them back

Because in the story it won't tell about Varee having a child with her husbrand + in story her husbrand tells it's not my child. So Varee and Min not same person but it copy or clone

There is a massive hole in the plot. So the professor’s daughter and husband died. She invented the time machine that can bring things from the FUTURE located right above the machine. The hole in the plot is professor’s daughter is dead in the first place so how did professor’s daughter went to Bangkok so she can come back after 30 years to the house? Then only she and her little girl got sucked in by the machine to the past. 🤯🤯🤯🤯
