I like to think that this song is not for the boss but for the commander, you can tell by the shift in the music type and pace. After all youve been through, this is where all your hard work and near death experiences lead you to find something unexpected.
This is barely like a normal NIKKE song. It's got Alternative Rock mixed with post-grunge. And then dude had to make it gold by putting in Liquid Drum and Bass with Industrial and Electronic Rock. Cosmograph is a genius and my kinda producer. Getting a lot of Pendulum vibes with this.
Helps that the BBBRRRRRTTTTTTTT team is basically the solution to the skill 1 mechanic (I pop the circle on the right to trigger the floating crystal) Slightly annoying that when it's shielded you can only pop the circles with electric nikkes, not that it's a big issue, just that I pity the newbies who can only use the R nikkes (which I did with my Counters team at 200% power)

"We're Never Giving Up" gives the vibe of Gurren-Lagann levels of MOTIVATION that no ancient enigmatic monstrocity can withstand "Tempest" is actual stand against the storm (it literally has quiet "eye of the storm" moment in the middle), a force of nature that does not care for you: minimal EDM, almost pure orchestra&choir And all you can do is hang tight "Inferno of Nihilist" is a bizzare and brutal theme of iron, artificial, high-tech machine, that though took form of a mythic creature and is led by primal animalistic bloodlust (And then "Burn It All" gives a total shift from "how do we survive this thing that wants us dead" to "IT BLEEDS, BRING IT DOWN") "The Interceptor" shows that Mother Whale may be an ancient enormous beast that you must not underestimate, but you, a crew of daring and cunning privateers (or whalers, haha) will surround and harpoon the creature nevertheless God, I just love how nikke music team always puts vibe first. The ost mixes danger, grief and drastic feeling of something being VERY wrong, Cosmo handled that one perfectly. Both Alteisen and Gravedigger's osts emphasise the speed you are going at. "Moving Fortress" is like a race, going more or less energetic, just like Alteisen himself sometimes falls behind and sometimes rams directly into you; "Extreme Tunnel Destroyer" is an adrenaline-packed theme telling you to RUN and SHOOT and GET THIS THING OFF OUR BACKS and DON'T STOP SHOOTING :D Its beat reminds me of a person's heartbeat in panic Chatterbox just straight up hates you >:) not like Nihilister, driven by blind bloodlust, he is a sentient being, who absolutely consciously wants to put you in a world of pain, so his sick DOOM-like metal themes are perfect for showing that, with slow and heavy drums, just as his strikes are. "The Collector" makes accent on the fact that Blacksmith deliberately hunts nikkes to consume them. There are parts in melody from the main theme, "The Goddess Fall", so who knows, maybe those are nikkes' voices, asking you to heroically avenge them? Somewhat similar to "Ominous Cross", it has a subtone of "witness something wrong which dismays you", but overall it is rather haunting than shocking. Land Eater is maybe the most complicated of them. I personally would say that "Stronghold" makes you imagine yourself a medieval warrior, siedging a fortress in the middle of the snow fields. And then the fortress grows legs, and "Land Eater" reminds you of who you are and what you should do - take your friends and bring down the huge badass evil robot! :D Maybe in this case it would be better to ask @Cosmograph himself about what did he have in mind while composing the piece, to be certain.

It was such a hard choice for me but I had to choose ultra 😭 daybreak is my favorite song and that intro cutscene with the jets is just perfect and the buglike design was perfect but crystal chamber is amazing to wish they let us cast 2 votes for raptures
I have a took a closer look and and pause. It one of the lord class rapture Latience that mutants from the crystal. My theory is It ether frozen Nimph nano in cluster that mutants the bio machine of raptures. Or it can be something like indvilia were Actually the crystal is all just part of her rapture body and it just puppets control. My guess is it might be the first 1.
To be fair, Christal Chamber actually shares a lot of Anachiro's Glass Slipper's shapes. The geometry of those 2 is pretty similar. Whatever this boss is, maybe there is a connection atleast for its design. We'll see when it comes out in the story but the artifacts of ch 26 are pretty weird for it beeing Anachiro.
This boss OST & intro is fire af. Its reallly good to play with a mobile game which always tries its best and invests a huge chunk of its income back into it's development. You can tell they care about the player feedback & experience a LOT. Only a year passed for Nikke but they've evolved like crazy in every area of the game, and getting bosses and music like this makes me firmly believe we haven't seen anything yet.
