I have been to Vienna - only - twice for a total of 12 days. Your's is the first Vienna Coffee House review that I can say I really agree with. I have been to just three of your six, but Sperl is a true Gem. My last trip to Vienna I ate there 4 out of 5 days.

i was actually quite excited to visit these places after watching your videos and before visiting vienna. but i have to say these places were disappointments. the coffee at these places are virtually undrinkable. spit out the first sip. and as for the decor. well. go so you can say you've been there done that. meaning they're all tourist traps. especially central. the waiter at hawelka had the cheek to tell customers tips are not included in the bill. well guess what. if i was thinking of leaving one, that statement made me not leave one. vienna has some of the best coffee in the world. you've just gotta know where to look. and you won't find it on a channel trying to promote tourism in vienna hint hint.
