after my friends daughter had tragically passed away their dog would walk around the house looking for her. he'd stand at the front of the hallway and quietly bark and howl like he was trying to get her attention. it was hard seeing them try and make their dog understand that she wasn't with them anymore (physically at least). he changed once he realized that she was gone. he was no longer the same dog. they eventually gave him up for adoption to a family with kids so that maybe being around those kids would help him somehow

Whilst the turkeys going around the tree was hilarious 🤣 I couldn't believe it when I suddenly realised that your animation of the tongue eating parasite had it holding a knife and fork ready to go 🤣🤣🤣 it's the little details that you do that make your channel so bloody brilliant 🤣🤣🤣
Hi be amazed guy your videos are so fascinating and I've always wondered how you find all of this really cool knowledge and facts just keep doing what you doing it's amazing I would love to see video on all the new rides at Disney world and Paris!! 💙
i had a pet fish, and thought it wasn't strange, i used to like the fact he knew when it was feeding time and would look at me and stay as high as he could in his little tank, and at night he had a shell in his tank between some wooden decorations that made a little cave, and he would always sleep in his little cave man, i miss that fish
@@yohanlav You CAN keep a fish in a bowl if you do it right. You have to remember to change their water often. But you have to allow the new water to acclimatize to the same condition as the existing water for 24 hours. And it's best not to use tap water without filtering it first, since chlorine and fluoride can be fatal the fish.
@@juliebaker6969 It doesn't really work with fish that need tech (filter, heater, cooler), the surface area is comparatively small, which means less air exchange, and not a lot of horizonal room to swim, or for enrichment. Hard to clean, hard to keep stable due to small water volume, and it stresses the fish. Sure, it's not impossible, but kind of pointless. (Fishbowls are banned in several countries.)
@@feuerling The only kind of fish I've ever seen anyone even keep in a bowl are small goldfish. They don't need that much room, and being carp, are pretty hearty and resilient. No special needs either, they do fine in fresh, filtered room temperature water, with just a fake castle, rock or skull to hide in. A pinch of food every morning, change out their water regularly, and they're good to go.
The one about the cows jumping off a cliff: I suspect one or more of them had nervous ketosis (which is a blood sugar problem). It makes them act crazy and do odd things. I think that one fell off the cliff while in the throes of the ketosis episode, and being herd animals, the others followed.
As for the dog in the fridge, when temperatures rose above 40°C here in the UK, I’d love a good morgue freezer and did actually google how to get one lol
I am from South America , grew in the rain forest , I used to scared geckos just to see how they left their tail behind jumping to they scape . It was very impressive to me as a kid !
My cat once did the most baffling and hilarious thing I've ever seen. Unfortunately, I didn't have a recording device on hand at the time so there's no video proof of this but I swear it really happened. I was living in densely forested area at the time, and I walked out of the garage to a peculiar sight; a mother deer and her fawn had ventured into the driveway, and my cat was crouching maybe ten feet away from the pair, ears flattened back and tail lashing, clearly in full hunting mode. Slowly, he started slinking towards the pair of deer, until suddenly he lunged towards them, sending them whinnying away in fright right back into the forest. I reeeaally wish I had the chance to record that, because I'm pretty sure it would have made it to one of this channel's video. I mean, the whole scene was frankly unbelievable, and it just goes to show how deeply ingrained instinct is in every animal. In spite of the deer being over twenty times bigger than my cat, he still knew he was the predator, and the deer knew they were the prey, and both acted as such. It was an amazing thing to witness, and I really wish I could have shared it with everyone here at the Be Amazed channel. At least I know it will live in my memory forever. Believe me, that's not something you'd soon forget!
A lot of animals engage in play behavior, and many birds sometimes do stuff just for fun, so I honestly think those turkeys were just engaging in play behavior😊.
I’ve kept many breeds of snakes, and have seen them do some amazing things. A king snake was accustomed to being handled every day, but as I got more snakes, I held her less. She learned how to unlock the lid of her enclosure, and one day got out and slithered to where I was napping and joined me. Another time she refused to eat until I held & petted her. Eastern hog noses are adorable, and I had a male who was afraid of his food. The first few times I fed him, he’d fling himself onto his back and play dead. My 10’ Macklot python used to enjoy wrapping around my waist and spending the day with me. If I wanted on the computer, he’d use his nose to nudge open a desk drawer, climb inside for a nap, and come out back to me when he was done. My northern Pine snake liked to dig in his substrate. I always gave him extra, and he’d bend his neck in a “U” shape and use it like a scoop to dig tunnels. There are some people my snakes didn’t like on first sight, and they’d musk if these people approached their enclosures.
I know personally that iguanas have that autonomy reflux because my friend had an iguana and this is what I was really young and I went to go touch it and I grab the tail and yeah the tail came off😝
I was watching a nature show on PBS. They had sent in animal robots to catch the animals unaware. I saw a chimp eat a bush baby after using a stick to "fish" for it. That was the first time I realized chimps ate meat. It was crazy.
my mom used to work on a farm and one day she told me a story that concerned me, once when she was little, she would watch her dad cut off her chicken's heads (For fun?) and their bodies just running around like crazy

So your telling my that catfish had swallowed and armadillo and still had the appetite to bite a baited hook? Or was the armadillo actually used as the bait?
The catfish eating the armadillo is highly unlikely for the simple reason that with a mouthful of food like that, why would it then take the bait on a fishing line? Something very fishy here.

I’m so sorry for them… hopefully the dog is happy with their new owners.
