About Escape from Tarkov
Escape from Tarkov is a hardcore and realistic online first-person action RPG with MMO features developed by Russian Saint-Petersburg-based game developer, Battlestate Games. Set in the fictional Norvinsk region located on the frontier between Russia and Europe, the metropolis of Tarkov was plunged into anarchy thanks to the Contract Wars. What was once a bustling city, is now roamed by rivalling scavenger gangs, former private military forces, and black ops units. Between them all, there's you, your stash, and the escape back to the free world from the depths of Tarkov.
I started playing Tarkov this wipe and The Goons spawned on my first time playing Shoreline, I had probably 10 hours at that point.
They beamed at me while I was behind a boulder for 5 minutes and I was absolutely fucking terrified because I thought a cheater was spraying me through walls lmao.
me too man lol. i was close to the resort (on those rocky parts), they were shooting halfway across the map, wtf. i just realized what happened when i watched a video of this happening to someone else
Same, thought it was a cheater squad, bird eye is cracked af man, and then you hear Knight and Big pipe getting closer, and start raining grenades, I instantly pop a sj6 and gtfo

Bruh the way they just stacked up, reminds me of when they were first added and they would storm head first into a kill zone.

I'd be fine with the accuracy if they used semi auto at further ranges. I don't understand how they are full auto laser beaming me at 200m.
Playing at night is a good idea since bosses and scavs have a limit of distance from where they see you
Why did they code them to see through walls and defilade?
Because that’s their definition of a good and hard ai
It's easy if you don't actually fight them and catch them running around, stuck in an animation, or doing some other weird Tarkov AI thing. Trying to kill them in a fair fight is just impossible
I killed them on shoreline with a vpo. Used the secret path up the side of the cliff to glitch them out

Is Tarkov good yet again or are there still tons of cheaters/game issues/dev issues?
It is better, you really feel the difference now. Because of some actions cheaters were forced to makenew cheats in a way that is trying to have "natural" feeling to it and they wont just headeyes you from 400m like before. Its not like cheaters doesnt exist, but theyve become more subtle at least
