Make it so that water rises and u can get a power up that’s like a bubble, but u can’t stay in bubble too long or it will run out of oxygen. Also make checkpoints unlit torches and when u get checkpoint their lit

This looks awesome! I'll definitely pick it up when it releases, although it depends on if it releases on switch or not. Even if it dosent, I'll still hopefully try it in the future. One idea I have for the game is that maybe you could include the truthsinger sword from shorts wars as an easter egg somewhere in the game? Thatd be pretty cool

It looks and sounds amazing so far, so I can't wait to see what it'll look like when it's done (even though we'll probably have to wait longer for that than Danno's fans have had to wait for Toon Turf lol) I probably won't be able to play it, even when it comes out, because I don't have a pc, (I could play it if it comes out on Switch tho lol) but I'm still super excited about this!!! This does seem like it will be a journey! I know you have been in the gamedev space for a while, and have just started this. But I do hope that past this model and song there is a vast future of what may just look like a game of going up a structure. (this announcement has actually released on the official 2 year birthday of my own game!)

I’m sure you’ve already had this idea in mind but I’m thinking of there being Campfires that you can set your checkpoint to. Also, you being a game developer is new knowledge for me, which is a great thing because I love your content and now I know that your content in some way can be playable!

the player is able to place checkpoints in the form of candles, which are one of the unlockable items. since fire is vulnerable to wind, the player may find that the candle has blown out, meaning that they respawn at the previous checkpoint or at the very start. as the player progresses through the mountain, they recieve candles that are less vulnerable to wind
“Get up! A game about getting up” that’s me every morning
There should be a falling rock feature where rocks fall down the mountain and you have to fireball them before they hit you or they will knock you down. I really hope this fits the game because I may be completely wrong about how it works

There should be some sort of ridiculous mislead like a mountain you can climb half the way up but then there's an impassable blockade so there was no point in going there

Hey Cdot I know you most likely won’t see this but if you do maybe add a hot air balloon somewhere with top-hat and cane inside of it and since heat rises your character could make it float a little because you are a fire guy. The top-hat could be put on and the cane on your back and I know this is kind of stupid and long but it felt necessary for me to ask.
