Discord adds so much content that either removes clutter or add more, they should make it optional features and let the user choose instead And because it's Discord, of course they get to lock it behind Nitro, they wouldn't do it otherwise

As a fellow server owner, I like the new profiles a lot, but not all roles showing up is a huge deal breaker. One extra click per member adds up quick. I wish it was more customizable.

I love the little profile update!! it is very cute and the little status thinking bubble is amazing. I like discord giving the option to close the activities thing in servers because I give zero fucks about what people are doing... these updates don't change the entire apps layout so it ain't bad for me
moving the badges down below the profile banner is huge, it may only reduce successful scams by 1%, but the road to optimization is paved with 1% fixes.
i think the increased amount of info when hovering over a server is honestly a good idea, helps tell you if there's anything of note going on, because there's a chance that a vc might just have a bunch of lurkers, they just need to shrink it down instead of it being this gigantic popup

yknow, discord is in a weird state right now. for the past year or two, theyve really been cranking up the changes, and it almost kinda feels like theyre seesawing back and forth between questionable changes and good changes. i was surprised to hear that they actually made an effort to make the app run smoother, from one of your earlier recent videos. feels like every change they make to how discord looks (which happens like once every 3 months it feels like) the mobile app gets less and less functionally stable.

the midnight theme is very useful for oled monitor and mobile users because it can reduce overall power consumption.
