What can I say? You crack me up! I can't believe I'm sitting here watching you run around the grounds cutting limbs for almost half hour...but you did such a fine job showing everything explicitly! Not only that, but towards the end I actually laughed out loud seriously) because you looked and acted like a kid playing with their new fav. CHRISTMAS toy. Now, I am going to return the mini saw I tried out today from Amazon, and get the Saker. You should so take over Mike Roe's (?) job from DIRTY JOBS on TV when he retires ! 😊

Pruning while the tree is in vegetation will stimulate growth of new shoots. You had to do it in late winter. That minimizes the new growth.
