I have tested these too and find them great. And better feeling and performing than other branded clubs. Also as a leftie these are available in all the configurations/models unlike honma, miura or mizuno for that matter. In the USA even better value than here where the premium price is even higher. That being said yes you need to think of them lasting several years😊. The price of the driver in the USA is no different than the price of the top brands.

Thanks Kevin. I was most interested to see how the feel was when you hit the chip n run with the 8 iron. My (ancient) R11s seem to spring off a chip with little feel so interesting to hear. Perhaps a bit pricey for my pocket but it’s always good to hear about all sorts of clubs that are available and what you might be getting for your money. Keep up the good work.

John Reeder I was surprised at how good these clubs were the price is high so they should be but I wondered if there usp was the price abs questioned how good the clubs were. They were good though I don’t know that they were as good as the price tag and I question the effect that they have had in the golf market but they are good clubs

If you can afford to by the xp's, save that money and get some lessons.

There will always be a market for the expensive clubs, but agree money on lessons is money well spent to improve your game long term

@@KevinDelaneyPGA Thats my issue with what golf has become. Get fitted, buy this driver or iron because look how much further you hit it on trackman. No one is talking about strike, learning basic fundamentals. No club will cure your slice, hook, chunk, or worm burner.
The PXGs are great clubs, and i think they get a bit of a bad rap when people do trackman comparisons.
They have great feel and really hold distance on off center hits. This doesn't matter if you can't hit it with a consistent shape.
My point is if you need the xp's (for the whole bag, great combo option), buy the g700 ping and get lessons.

@@AB-nv7bz Or wait until they are $129 a head = clubs and $ left over for lessons.

Or both. Get the PXG’s of choice and lessons. 😀
Pings are very good too but not as soft as the PXG’s.
Every main manufacturer makes good clubs but PXG O311 forged irons do have a great feel to them.
