- Hi ! I am finally sharing my christmas vlog 2022 that was a nightmare. It was day 4 post lumbar puncture but thing didn't go as planned and i had a very bad reaction to the lumbar puncture and started having the worst headache of my life we called the hospital er neurologist to figure out what to do on christmas eve...

Couple of questions you have been open about endometriosis How do you cope with periods whilst in a wheelchair and what products have found helpful for you. What tasks and exercises are you doing to improve leg strength and will you ever walk again?
Could see in your face on Christmas Day clips face and arms were twitching slightly ( I have FNd too and twitching is so annoying) no body understands the pain we go through and frustrations. I also have sensitive to lots of food and medication and going to the hospital is always last resort. Take care hope spinal leak has been rectified.
On Christmas it wasn’t twitching I actually don’t experience twitching from FND but I was having the worst headache and that is what made me move differently. But I can only imagine how painful it can be. Food and medications are also really complicated to tolerate for me as well! And the spinal leak was in the end controled it did take a while!
