They must really do underground cabling asap. Yes, that district looks cleaner now and nicer, but those ugly hanging wires need to be removed and buried.

These places in Manila like Quiapo, Sta. Cruz, Recto, etc., are beyond redemption. Parang lumang tsinelas, hindi na mare-repair. Nilagyan pa ng LRT line na mas nagpasikip sa lugar. Kahit siguro lumipas pa ng 100 yrs, yan pa rin ang magiging itsura ng lugar at takbo ng pamumuhay.
Palaging sa umpisa laang ang pag sasaayos ng bangeta sa avenida , rizal ! 😜
Campaign posters are what make the city more unsighty to look at. Street Vendors and some commercial that blocks the sidewalk are also a problem. The majority of the roads are being used as parking area. Sidewalks need to be clean, tiled and widened. And of course the dangerous looking wires need to bury underground. And the public transport needs to be modernize. Also, The dangerous looking men that always keep staring to us or sometimes wistle at us are still need be disciplined. And don't forget the dirty tooled public Toilets .The smelly sewer also needs to be clean. Hope the nxt mayor in that area will solve that concerning issues though there are still improvement but people need to set their standards high and not be contented with just that .
It’s remarkable that despite two major train stations bisecting this area it has not progressed much from where it was since the eighties. It remains blighted until Isko Moreno cleaned it up

Yung mga lumang mga gusali kailangan lang yan pinturahan saka ayusin para mas maging presentable parang sa Europa kumbaga kahit luma yung mga gusali maganda pa rin naman.
