I think I'd like that one even more than the Eafengrow ef128 in dc53 you reviewed and I purchased a while back. Lately I've been buying kukris. I purchased a couple smaller kukris from GK&Co that have 5" and 6" blades. You'd have a field day wirh those two kukris. They suck. They look like a little kid made them and for the price I expected a lot more. No edge whatsoever. Wouldn't cut butter. However, Ex-Gurkha Kukri House makes a fantastic Kukri. Very very nice quality.

You wont be disappointed with this blade! Its a lil more money than the Eafengrow but its done so wellI say its worth it! Under a 100 bucks you cant go wrong.
Sorry bro I cant stand anything from Nepal. I got burned big time.

That's a good-looking blade. I'm not familiar with that brand but it looks very promising. I think DC53 steel is pretty good stuff in my experience as long as you don't use the tip for a pry bar. Thanks for the review brother.

What about sharpening this knife? Does it need special sharpening tools, or is it - more or less - easy to sharpen?

@LegionTacticoolCutlery Thank you, you reassured my general choice. I just don't know if I should go for the "Cruiser Drop Point" or the (more recent?) "Pacific Ocean'".
Do you have any idea or recommendation?

@jkxoxo78 do your research and pick what you really want. What is the Pacific Ocean? Got a link?

looks made to compete with lionsteel m5. not sure why they didn't just make it in the sleipner as it would be a true 1:1 comparison, but at half the price. Then again maybe the sleipner would've brought it closer to $100 price point though.

@@LegionTacticoolCutlery Lengren has some really interesting designs. More than a few of them caught my eye... no doubt the Dragon most of all. But this, the Tank, and whatever that one done in ATS-34 is called. To name a few!
I'm real curious about the company though. For budget conscious fixed blade collectors (on Amazon), Lengren piqued my interest probably the most.

Nice looking knife. Too heavy to carry for me. Would rather a small folding saw and a small bushcraft knife.
