Thanks for this video. I bought the _World of WarCraft: Cataclysm Atlas_ way back when that expansion launched. It never really occurred to me there might have been an earlier atlas until Classic launched, but I never really looked into it. Recently I found out there were actually 2 versions of a _World of WarCraft_ Atlas. I found a PDF version of the original online somewhere, but started to wonder what differences there were bewteen the original, and the second edition. The one in this video is the 2nd Edition. So I can now confirm the following changes were made: Page 6-7 world map was redone completely. The original had flight path lines that covered much of the map which have been removed in the second edition, making it much easier to see the map. All Zone Maps have had the information for ore and herb mods added to them for quick reference. All City Maps have had additional NPCs added - either missed initially, or added since. The following town maps were added to the 2nd Edition that were not included in the original: Blood Venom Post, The Bulwark, Cenarion, Chillwind Camp, Farstrider Lodge, Emerald Sanctuary, Flamecrest, Freewind Post, Mudsprocket, Rebel Camp, Refuge Point, Revantusk Village, Rut'theran Village, Silverwind Refuge, Starfall Village, Steamwheedle Port, Stonetalon Peak, Talonbranch GLade, Thorium Point, Valor's Rest The Index was updated to reflect changes in the Atlas. The tables were reorganized and updated. The herb and ore tables were removed, given this information is now included on their respective zone maps. That is all the changes made. The maps themselves do not appear to be changed (apart from the initial work map) but they do look more vibrant the PDF version I had access to. This may have been true for the original, or could have been down to the copier.
