Watching all of these old interviews, I'm starting to realize that hollywood movie makers knew about these two and used their chemistry to make an awesome movie(s). Since I was only a child when these movies debuted, said differently, a lack of maturity, I could not have noticed the wonderful energy between them. But it would seemed that it's pretty obvious now that I'm an adult. I hope they give it a shot some day.

they both friendzoned each other early on during speed because they were dating other people. fear of taking a friendship to another level could be a factor too. and distance too. that is why the lake house was about them. timing loving and yearning for the other defines them. maybe in their next movie they end up together.
