The blue stripe upholstery fabric - I actually bought some like that last year. I made it into a circle skirt -- three panels. cut so the largest (front) panel, the stripes run up and down. it is pattern matched so the side seams make a chevron, and the center back (zip in the back) makes a chevron as well.
