About ten years ago I bought a 150cc scooter from China, and I didn’t have any of the issues you had. The price was clearly stated online with shipping to my home. It came crated just like yours with a title from China that I took to the licensing office, and a few key strokes later I was good to go.
You likely bought a already imported Chinese scooter. The importer does all the paperwork and issues you a manufacturer statement of origin which you use to title it. He bought this directly from the oem so he was responsible for the import side of it. I've bought many chines atv's and road bikes, buying from an importer is the way to go. just click and it's delivered to your door. I've had no issues registering my chines bikes in MI.

The Inja I think already determined by the battery size and motor in wheel. Niether is capable of the advertised speed and power. Do a little research on e bikes and what is required for that speed and power. It might give you info you are looking for
you might be able to import it as motorcycle parts, with the front wheel removed or sothing, then later claim to dot that its limited production built by yourself.
You'd have to ship it in a few parts at a time for it to clear customs as "parts". Even if it's broken apart, if the parts are all on the same shipment it could still be classified as a vehicle.
This series has been very interesting. Really looking forward to hearing more about how you will remove the limiter or upgrade it, your process to get it registered etc.
Thank you so much for letting everyone know about your experience, maybe it will help someone else avoid this mistake and NEVER spend more on something from Alibaba than you can throw away because 40% of the time you'll get screwed.
Wow thats a lot of overhead costs... I wish some of the importer guys who are bringing the gassers in in volume and have the process sorted would bring electric models over but there must be some hang up or maybe there's not enough demand yet so they don't want to sink the upfront cost into it for DOT certs and stuff. Maybe if the Zero's take off it will bring the demand up and make it worthwhile. The scooter loophole might work but if enough came in it sounds like it could wind up like the Skyline situation many years ago where one day they just went and seized the cars.
At what point would costs scale on a paperweight nobody can legally ride on ANY road in the US? Answer: NEVER. They're not stopping you or anyone from buying one, but, these deep state government guys might know a thing or two when it comes to making this a nonviable business. @@CaneSugarCane just google "skyline seized".... like 15+ years ago people were figuring out loopholes to bring them in and get them state registered but then ICE started going around taking them. There was a big simultaneous raid a long long time ago where a bunch got seized at once.
Thanks for sharing this whole experience, I've considered buying bikes from Alibaba many times but got gun shy. Now I see my apprehension was warranted.
I’m glad I ordered my bike from a company based out of the USA that offers free shipping and already ships directly to your do because ordering from China just seems like a real headache
Everything seems like a headache when it’s new to you and unknown. Businesses do this all the time and it’s a breeze. Just a couple forms and a few bucks. Done.

Your videos helped me SO MUCH WHY I shouldn’t buy any BIKE AT ALL FROM THAT COMPANY. SERIOUSLY THANKS MAN. !! Love you bro! Lol. Sticking with used gas and local! Lol.
Thanks for all the updates, this will definitely help many people. Unfortunately it's a screw job. I've bought and so did a few friends from this site and about 80% of the time it wasn't worth it. Nothing wrong with looking for a good deal, but sometimes it's not worth it.. Good luck bro and many blessings.
That's not true and you shouldn't think that. We Americans just want China to play fair and to live by the business standards that is expected from any business in or outside America. I know China is working hard to get there but most should know that it's not going to happen overnight. The real joy we should share is in knowing that we are right now living in the time of history that we will see it happen, and soon. It must happen, or we all go down. Our leaders should be looking at this as if we are all in this together for at least the next Thousand years. Unfortunately, China businesses are experiencing growing pains and will have to suffer some here and there (as we all do in the growth process) as all start up businesses do, and they will learn through their suffering trials and failure tribulations on how to become the type of business model that is expected and will be accepted and honored by all.
Because they use false advertisement to get sales and they also use cheap shit for parts and have basically no quality control to make sure it's all constructed and put together safely.
@S M you can actually buy some quality stuff from china but its costly to do so. you end up paying more than honda money for a lot less than honda reliability.
@@holmes1956O have you been on the roads lol the cheap stuff it there already. There is junk that should have been scraped years ago. Or flashlights as head lights. @@TheInja hello I live in China, that particular type of bike ain't really fast, the faster ones don't look like the normal motor bike, sometime this year I got an order to deliver one of these to Huston Texas, but after asking the seller about the specs especially speed,he said 35mph," I was like are you got real? ",Another issue was that as of that time I found no shipping company that could ship it for me . So, I had to tell my customer what the challenges were and she was no longer interested.
I wonder if you had worked with an import/export/customs broker from the beginning they could have taken care of all that paper work for the same fee and would have avoided a lot of those extra costs because they know how to navigate the system. You also might have been able to get it air freight a lot faster and for not much more shipping cost.
The shipping itself only takes about 3 weeks, so the time saving would not justify the cost. You also cannot air freight an item containing a lithium ion battery. The battery would have to be packed separately in an approved container with details about it's manufacture and state of charge. Even if possible, the cost would be enormous.
I never thought there can be an option, worse then a dealership, for getting a motorcycle. Thank you so much for sharing all of this. This just reinforces to me, that it's best to just convert a gas bike to electric, then order one of these bikes, or even buy one from a dealership that specializes in bikes like that. Because on top of the bike possibly being made of Chineseium (cheap weak metal with bad welds), on top of being scammed like you were, it maybe difficult to impossible to get specs like fastener torque numbers, and replacement parts, for maintenance, repair, or modification. But with converting an old bike, from a major manufacturer. Then that makes things so much easier. I think the only thing worse then downtime, is starting an investigation, AFTER, you take the bike apart, to do maintenance like replace a bearing. And if the bearing has no traceable code, then you have to measure, and figure out what replacement to get from a bearing manufacturer. And a shop that specializes in these bikes, may not be of much help, either, because they may want you to pay them to do all the work, instead of doing it yourself, or, because of copycats, con-artists, discontinued makes & models, and other strangeness from China, they may not be able to give you the right replacement part, for the bike you have. So I think, to get involved with these Chinese motorcycles, you have to be prepared to do a lot of custom work, just to maintain them, let alone repair or modify them, like the extra effort do a fork-swap, because allballsracing, doesn't know what bike you have, to recommend triple-clamp alternatives to you. This mess, makes me not want to deal with these Chinese bikes, especially if they are my main or backup vehicle.
@@TheInja How are the wear parts on that bike? Like is there any play or roughness with any of the bearings? Finding replacement tires is easy, and kind of fun, but I'm terrified to find replacement brakepads, for the Chinese electric moped I have. If I will still have it, then I'll prepare to swap out the forks & triple-clamps, before the brakepads are done. So not only will I have a better, fully adjustable suspension, but also better brakes I can actually service. As for the rear pads, if I don't swap or modify the swingarm, or a custom mount for a great name-brand caliper, with a selection of pads available. Then I will just install a controller, that has customizable Brake-Regen. And I hope this doesn't happen. But if you ever crash that bike, and everything but the fairings are ok. Are you going to retrofit fairings from a similar bike, make your own fairings, use cafe-racer fairings from a like airtech-streamlining.com , or, are you just going to make it an electric nakedbike?
There was an electric "motorcycle" i think it was called the "v3". It wasnt advertised. But there was a bluetooth app That was compatable with the same universal wiring that allowed you to unlock the limiter. To 100kph. Dont know if that would help or not but it would be interesting to find out
Votol controller have 3 speed mode but not limiter like in cheap one. Connection to pc is nightmare. Have experience with sabvoton so it's like to compare s class mercedes with golf. Strong side that controller have field weekening up to 200%.
The one compactable with the bluetooth isnt this controller brand. Its a diff controller that has a bluetooth function. For this doesnt have a bluetooth function . It has to be done manual. Not by computer too. In order to function by computer( which isnt necessary ) is a pain in da a** .. i wouldnt recommend that cus you might ruined the system of the controller because its mostly build by china and all the setting might get you confuse. So im as a mechanic for electric bike n electric scooter, i would recommend & really advise you to fine either the 3 speed gear wire to see if its fixed to gear 1 ( which is sort of limited speed caps ) or find the limitage speed caps lock wire which is usually single grey wire connected tgt. Unplug it and on off your electric bike n test the offload throttle ( freewheel ) . See if theres any different. If there is means you have unlock / removed the speec caps lock .
@@xyncyllx4200 are you a mechanic for escooters? Could I get your email and consult you on an escooter that I bought recently that's giving me battery problems. Maybe you have a cheap source for a quality battery for my scooter...
Sorry your quality problem remain unsolved, have you tried the customer service? That bike looks the part so who cares what others say . Enjoy your life my friend. 👍🏻👍🏻😎👍🏻👍🏻🇬🇧
Awesome video mate. Thanks for going through the process in detail. Your experiences will hopefully make people aware of the complicated nature of importing something from the manufacturer. Hope you can get it registered :-) Safe riding mate.
Love the info, I need to see what is involved in getting one to my home in Tasmania. Also loved the vids. Lot of work and awesome information. You should look at having it imported as a motor scooter and then do the upgrade when it is legal in the US. To something more powerful or look at it like a home build etc. Just an idea
I also imported an electric motorcycle from China a couple years ago, from a different manufacturer. I successfully registered it with DMV and got a license plate, all good. My bike's top speed is 60mph - not super, but enough to keep up with traffic. I rode it around for only a few days and then something went awry with the controller. I still have the bike, but never got around to fixing it. I live near Visalia, just a few miles south of you.
You deserve a lot of credit for being so honest. You could have paid for it, then realised how you have been ripped off and said nothing. You have made this video and shared your mistake to the world. Hopefully you have warned the honest world about the pitfalls of this scam. It's a great shame. Nice looking bike all the same. Beef up the motor and make the people who down you, jealous. Good luck.
Yo that's a big hassle. But you know what I think is since you figured out all of it, you should import this and sell it to people here, I think you can make a decent margin doing this. Simple business plan lol. But yeah good one brother
Import laws are so complex you have to use a broker. I imported a 3 wheel kit motorcycle car from the UK. When it got here there were a ton of fees just like you experienced. The fork lift fee, handling fee, etc. The other guy I knew got mad and told his customs broker to get lost. He filed a complaint against the broker so the government jumped in. The broker's office was served with a federal complaint document. The buyer ended up having to get another broker and starting again having to pay almost double broker fees. Another time I tried to import a 3 wheel bicycle from the UK - this was a special racing trike for a handicapped customer. I wanted to try to save the broker fees on this one since it was less expensive. They showed me the customs books where you pick out the number code that categorizes the import so they can determine the duties. The 2 books were about 2-3 inches each. They told me good luck. I looked up three wheel bikes and there were so many varied entries I called the customs broker and paid the price.
I think you went about this the wrong way!!! You shouldn’t have bought it all the way from China theirs some companies that do all this for you and they already have the bikes in the states dot certified and everything another option you could’ve done is gone down to Tijuana Mexico right next to San Diego theirs a huge market for Chinese bikes cause the parts are readily available fuel efficient and reliable they even sell them in store!!! Same day around 1-2 grand sometimes 3 for a good example ordering directly from China just sounds expensive glad we could witness this journey tho
A long time ago I went through something like this ordering a 250 dual sport low seater said to be only 800 dollars on Alibaba. I asked the right question, even after the contract was made, I didn’t pay. I then went to different supplier making it seemed like I was really buying it but they couldn’t get it D.O.T. And there was no actual Vin paperwork. Then I’m like ok, let me try amazon ordering a Chinese scooter which is supposed to be made in China then I can source this thing properly even if it will cost me some times. Turns out a person like me just open an account with any website like Powersportsmax or RedFoxPowersports or Txmotorsports (3 top Chinese website that are real business in CA) and I’m paying middle man. First order on Amazon was at 2.8K in 2016. I got my money back because of Amazon policy and the brand Dongfang is cheaply made. Second order was at 1.1K. Still got 200 dollars back because I kept on destroying these engines based on no one wants to service them and me being new into my mechanical field. Then after that order I found out I could get the same bike with 100 more but a nicer model through one of these website other than amazon. I was skeptical but I could buy these engines and replaced them so I took the risk. At 1.2k I’ve got a much better deal but it was my fault for riding it at its max everyday until I destroyed the crankshaft. Was a first but it was the defining moment that changes my life. I stripped that engine down just to learn about it, and figured out it’s an actual high quality. I made another order again because the brand JOHNWAY was the scooter that I purchased but for a bigger engine. It was misdirected as air cooled while it was liquid cool n honestly I was still new to my mechanical field. 2018 was the time I purchased that 2.1k scooter being 250cc and I destroyed that thing n rebuilt it countless times, that thing overheats, lag, stalls, leaks, u named it... all because no one will service it n I refused to quit on it, until finally I can rebuilt it on my sleep. Doesn’t overheat anymore nor does it lags n the leaking is only through the weeping hole, mainly because of my negligence to fix it and waiting for something else to go bad to fix both instead of opening it for something simple. Then at the year of 2018 I bought the same engine bike Dongfang but a different model which was cheaper, destroyed it again, called the manufacturer for the first time n hoping these people r honest n they r actually is. They send me a new engine with no charge other than me shipping the old one back, installed it and sold it after 3 oil change. Then I went somewhere else n bought a different model at 3.7k because I realized that company can service it in NJ or NY but since I’m a little advance on my mechanic field I don’t find need to call them yet on changing my oil, adjusting the clutch or lube the chain and adjusting it. Also am planning to time the valve at 4.4k miles n right now it’s at 1.8k miles. Note neither the Dongfang nor the JOHNWAY scooter purchased in 2018 have reached 1.8k miles without major breakdown so this guy actually made me a believer of not all Chinese bikes are made the same.
So here’s my spending beside buying parts to fix throughout the yrs. 2.8k (becomes 3.1k after registration) then got my money back because of amazon policy n sold the bike for 350 bucks. Then 1.1k (learn to trick registration tax after this so I only pay whatever amount I put I paid for n my tax is around 9 dollars) Then sold it 2 years later for 500 bucks. Then another one which is at 1.2k n sold it at 800 bucks. Then another at 1.6k n sold it at 1.2k then I purchased a scooter for around 900 n sold it with upgrade (1.2k) n less than a year at 850. I now have one I purchased at 2.1k going for the second yr at 5.8k miles in there after major repairs n upgrades throughout the yr n another I bought at 3.7k n only buy body accessories like windshield side saddle bags n front fender making it 4K investment which now has 1.8k miles on it.
That battery is not capable of 60MPH. Not even remotely capable for the weight of that bike plus rider. So you did not get the wrong battery, the estimates are wildly overstated.
Based on your video can you sum up exactly what I need to do to get this bike. Like in list format so I don’t miss anything. Keep up the videos you are doing a very good job man!
If we give him a good hourly rate - say $60/hr - I wonder how much he would have to charge to make it worth his time? If he did it I'd probably be totally into getting one - assuming he can get past the registration issue. I mean, maybe register it as a moped or whatever.
Just watched the original vid bout you unboxing the “motorcycle” the fees would scare the df out of someone that didn’t expect all those fees and paperwork they would be so intimidated like myself I knew bout fees and paperwork but dang
You should ask the seller to find a professional international logistics transportation company, who can complete the whole process from customs declaration to customs clearance in one go. You only need to go to the warehouse of the logistics company to pick up the goods.
Hi, You should have or actually complain to Ali Baba/Ali Express and they'll sort it out for sure. Tell him you'll bring his ratings down i mean the seller
I am I retested in performing an upgrade of an electric bike as well, can you please tell me where you bought all your batteries and the welding kit you used? Very interesting video !!
I see now that the bike you ordered is only rated to 62.1371 mph and not 70 mph. That makes a bit of difference since any mass moving over 50 mph takes a lot more energy to push any faster from there. I think the calculations for needed umph power starts to double once you get over 50mph for whatever EV type of vehicle. I found the following calculations years ago when I started getting into the Tesla vehicle stock. The calculation is: Volts x (Amp Draw / MPH ) = Wh/m and Battery Pack Size (KWH): Pack Voltage x Amp-Hour rating of battery = KWH. If you're really into it then check out the site www.ev-propulsion.com/EV-calculations.html . Please note that it is not secured for whatever reason, but as long as you don't click around you should be ok. The other thing I wanted to get at was the break-in period needed for your Li-ion batteries. Breaking in the batteries properly is crucial to the output and life of the batteries. If you completely depleted your batteries of what little charge they had when you first powered your bike on (before charging it completely) then you may have damaged them in some way where they might not function or "work as designed". It would really suck if that was the case and you would have to replace them in order to resolve the issue. Before going there I would recommend taking your batteries to a professional that specializes in Li-ion batteries of that size and have them run a few charge and full load discharge tests to see if they're performing up to expectations or specs. If not, then I would contact the seller (if you didn't do what I mentioned in the beginning: 'with a wink') and simply let them know that you received bad batteries and demand a free replacement. It happens, and why should you suffer for it? If they don't work something out with you then, I would let it be known all over youtube how unsupportive a seller they are and recommend to everyone that watches your videos to never do business with them, and really make them aware of your youtube videos that you are telling their story. They don't like to lose face so maybe it'll help to move them in the direction that will help you out in the way they should where you both can win.
just found your channel today awesome videos love the "vibes" bike looks good but ye that speed lol im intrerested in ordering one but ye id have to study id only buy one if its cheaper for me then getting a similar petrol bike awaiting more of these china bike vids
Okay, I have bought one similar, bit different layout... actually only a "3000W" one apparently but seemingly I can go a lot faster? However there are downsides to the bikes on that site. Some defects in design if you look at it closely none of them are 100% the same on either side, there are errors, next would be the damn weather occasionally messes around with reverse feature. Also the gear/modes seem to be out of wack at times... occasionally I've been in a gear and it will randomly accelerate to the point you would think battery would die? But when it does this it would just put me back in gear/mode 1 and boost my battery, in fact... at times for a little bit battery will not drain at all, not sure if ur bike shows the volts but mine seems to not oddly, however I do not have a 72v mine is more. And my breaker seems to be better than urs as well... the seat can be a pain to take on and off as the locking and unlocking does not always cooperate... the speeds it says I am going are SLOWER than I actually go... odd.. I will say at speeds 85km plus an hour it kind of shakes a bit... and for some reason left turn signal can be more finicky compared to right... mine is a 2019 model if you are wondering but it is not black!!! 😅 very fun to ride also the battery bar is a bit wonky and no matter how far I've actually gone I havent managed to have the battery die yet, I consider that a good thing.. the steering lock is kinda crappy put together in all honesty... range however you can and probably will go father than they indicate which again is great. I know this is extremely poorly structured but it's almost 5AM and I am on the verge of passing out, to sum it up it is an expensive fix to a 125cc motorcycle... of course its electric and such, would recommend to almost anyone as they seem to be extremely modifiable if you are into that, however mine is 100% stock aside from underglow led lights and some other things, more to be added, hardware wise.. all stock. Anyways on mine if I go between 65-110km per hour I can get about 40+ km on it easy. not sure as I've never fully tested and never killed the battery. If going between 35-65km per hour .... well that range just became 85+ km easy easy or more again never killed battery. Is great for any city or country roads, would not recommend unpaved roads, also no highways as it will not keep up well enough and again just the reduced range of it being electric and faster speeds eating way more volts is just not a viable option in my opinion :) anyways this is just what I have experienced...also I have gone about 1700km on it so far as it is still very new! And mine I believe is DOT approved.
@@teddyteddeh5608 by one of what ...smoked by what bike......the em2 can go 40 mph..even if its governed to go 20 mph..... the viper max pro if you remove the speed limiter plug can go up to 80km which is about 50 mph

But, its fun to watch the vids of one guy's experience trashing $3k on something he loves, though. Great job on the series (other than that back-lit video while in the Jeep),
Wait... What's the skyline situation??
Please explain the skyline situation...
@@CaneSugarCane just google "skyline seized".... like 15+ years ago people were figuring out loopholes to bring them in and get them state registered but then ICE started going around taking them. There was a big simultaneous raid a long long time ago where a bunch got seized at once.
@Daver G fascinating! What shenanigans have you heard of?
Thanks for sharing this whole experience, I've considered buying bikes from Alibaba many times but got gun shy. Now I see my apprehension was warranted.
I’m glad I ordered my bike from a company based out of the USA that offers free shipping and already ships directly to your do because ordering from China just seems like a real headache
How and where?
Everything seems like a headache when it’s new to you and unknown. Businesses do this all the time and it’s a breeze. Just a couple forms and a few bucks. Done.
Thank you so much for this dude I have been looking at bikes on that site for weeks I change my mind now thanks
WOW! I'm so glad I decided to watch this video. I seriously considered getting one. It sounds like many of your problems could have been solved not being in CA. lol Very interesting video and what I heard was "Save your money up and get a Zero...".

Wow, America REALLY doesn't want people buying things from China 😂
Those cheap clips you refered to are the same as what is used to assemble all us made auto's
Lol most are cars that have been bought cheap at Insurance accident sales they put the card back together in 3 months and make them look good and semi run good and sell them as much the used car but the car isn't safe.
Now you can become a Dealer and sell bikes.
I mean, hey, I got the process down!
I would buy one..
Hell yeah, ship me 2
@@TheInja hello I live in China, that particular type of bike ain't really fast, the faster ones don't look like the normal motor bike, sometime this year I got an order to deliver one of these to Huston Texas, but after asking the seller about the specs especially speed,he said 35mph," I was like are you got real? ",Another issue was that as of that time I found no shipping company that could ship it for me . So, I had to tell my customer what the challenges were and she was no longer interested.
But if you need any kind of parts for it maybe for and upgrade or something you can let me know, here is my email temofeerics@gmail.com
Yes, totally agree.
@@TheInja
How are the wear parts on that bike? Like is there any play or roughness with any of the bearings? Finding replacement tires is easy, and kind of fun, but I'm terrified to find replacement brakepads, for the Chinese electric moped I have.
If I will still have it, then I'll prepare to swap out the forks & triple-clamps, before the brakepads are done. So not only will I have a better, fully adjustable suspension, but also better brakes I can actually service. As for the rear pads, if I don't swap or modify the swingarm, or a custom mount for a
great name-brand caliper, with a selection of pads available.
Sounds more complicated than buying a house
Kinda is. Haha.
Insane!!!! Great job on videos and all the details!!
I will never ever be ordering any electric bike from China.
so informative video, now i know what to do when buying the same, thank you sir! subscribing...

I now have a Suzuki vzr 1800 r that has been converted into a Trike, this was done professionally and cost a fortune but it was worth it it is fantastic. Man that sucks, for almost 3 grand you can buy a very nice used 600cc crotch rocket and be able to go over 30mph lol
Awesome video mate. Thanks for going through the process in detail. Your experiences will hopefully make people aware of the complicated nature of importing something from the manufacturer. Hope you can get it registered :-) Safe riding mate.
Thanks, Commandant Klink👌🏽
Love the info, I need to see what is involved in getting one to my home in Tasmania. Also loved the vids. Lot of work and awesome information. You should look at having it imported as a motor scooter and then do the upgrade when it is legal in the US. To something more powerful or look at it like a home build etc. Just an idea
Probably the best route to take. Thanks for the input!
Do you want to sell it ?
can you give some advice on how to get it legal?
You should have bought a wrecked zero and rebuild it ,that would be a good choice

Simple business plan lol.
But yeah good one brother
This is very helpful because i was looking at this site a couple days ago
Thenx man this really helps me!
Ouch.
Thank you for this vid...... I almost purchased through Alibaba.
Hey! Finally Electric Notorcycle's! The Inja is Great! Only wish bikes were more easily obtainable...Thanks Bro!!
Galaxy yeah, but rather save 1.5 thousand dollars some people may not have who WANT THIS!
That was a long sentence.
16:15 cat says time to wrap it up. :-)

Thank you so much!! I might just cancel my order with Alibaba now. I don't know if its the trouble. I made a rash decision
That battery is not capable of 60MPH. Not even remotely capable for the weight of that bike plus rider. So you did not get the wrong battery, the estimates are wildly overstated.
They simply lie
They sent him the 3,000 watt version 3 which would only do the speed he stated, which should have cost him $300 less.
I dont think a motor in wheel is capable of that kind of power either
Based on your video can you sum up exactly what I need to do to get this bike. Like in list format so I don’t miss anything. Keep up the videos you are doing a very good job man!

If we give him a good hourly rate - say $60/hr - I wonder how much he would have to charge to make it worth his time? If he did it I'd probably be totally into getting one - assuming he can get past the registration issue. I mean, maybe register it as a moped or whatever.

You should ask the seller to find a professional international logistics transportation company, who can complete the whole process from customs declaration to customs clearance in one go. You only need to go to the warehouse of the logistics company to pick up the goods.
Hi,
You should have or actually complain to Ali Baba/Ali Express and they'll sort it out for sure. Tell him you'll bring his ratings down i mean the seller
Yes that's how I deal with them. I but phones from alibaba or aliexpress and if something is wrong I complain and they compensate me

Very interesting video !!
A 30 mph, Chinese built, hassle-filled e-bike, with a scratched tank. Where do I sign up??
The seller actually messaged me last night saying he "saw my video" now he's all in on the customer support. Haha

And mine I believe is DOT approved.
i do not think its like that if its coming from canada......that bike looks just like the daymak em2 2019
