    You have to feel for Kenny Brack. He would be thinking "I will easily get around this rookie" little did he know he was trying to pass one of the best drivers in Indycar history 🙂 As a side note: I watched that race live and had tuned in for the first time to see how Scott would do as I'm a kiwi race fan. Decided to keep watching ever since and became a massive indycar fan.

    That was a great video. You're similar to Black Flags Matters in regards to the amount of race footage you show, but the difference is that you actually talk and explain what's going on throughout instead of just throwing 10 minutes of footage and spewing out stats at the end. You're a really good YT Creator, and hope you're able to make more INDYCAR content going forward. Scott Dixon is the GOAT.

    Classic Dixon… and that was still Cart not the indycar series which will happen only a few years later. Every interview with other drivers say that they worry about him every race, no matter where he starts… He’s always in it unless he wrecks.. and that’s rare. I just loved his win in Nashville last year and how it came about…

    • @GivingChase2
      @GivingChase2  Год назад +3

      @@GivingChase2 Well, when I'm talking wrecks... I'm mostly talking the Indy 500 a few years ago that scared little Lucy enough to send him a letter. (man did Scott make a permanent fan with that... if you weren't a Scott Dixon fan before that, seeing that video will certainly make you one after.)... that wreck he was lucky to walk away from. But yeah, I've seen him podium when he bounces off the wall early. If the race comes down to fuel mileage, everyone is always very aware of where he is...

    So you're saying that Scott Dixon's first win and his most recent win are basically the same exact story?
    Pole Sitter dominates race, while Dixon who started near the rear pits early and stretches his fuel enough to a marginal victory over the car everyone else thought was going to win.

    Two major things are lost on the author of this first thing is the bump in the turn that caused the drivers to spin out the other thing is the fact Dale Earnhardt died 3 months before this all forms of racing were throwing the yellow flag quick and early that season because of that there are some other issues that the author is missing but those are the two major ones

    So basically Dixon got where he got because of all of the yellow flags and where they fell for things that didn't need the yellow flag until De Ferran put Tagliani out. The way Indycar had been in those years makes sense. Also, if you knew PacWest and how they won races previously its not a shock either. This is no big deal.
