When he was checking the pupil sizes and someone's stomach growled you see a jump cut and if you look at his Nans mouth she smiled and I immediately started to laugh because I could just imagine in between the cuts them dying of laughter from it

In Northern Ireland, I call my late grandparents nanny and granda.
