Hi, I am the creator of Photopea and I just fixed these weird transparent borders when extending an image :) I wish someone told me about them earlier.
It still doesn't work, when I try to extend the image or replace an object, for example Like replacing a chair into a dog, it gives me a random object like a grey haze or something. Or when I change their outfits to a tuxedo, it gives me a grey suit with polka dots
The Magic Replace AI function does work in the FREE version now. You just got to watch 2 ads (5-15 seconds each). Results have been good first pass which is rare with inpainting. Great results! 👍👍
I know it's a Magic Replace tool. I tried using it to remove a thing or a human. Sometimes it worked, but most of the time it will not. So how do I tune it and remove an unwanted image or something?
I did what you say , I lasso a circle and wrote car, than it says if I want to watch a short add , to do this premium option for free, I click on OK , and than nothing happens ! I logged in , and also nothing , you forgot to explain this for new users , you are already a user, that is a differences with new people who come watch your video. bummer stuck now.

idk what happened with the update. I'm fine watching ads but the generated fills have been worse currently.

that feature is not free and it cant replace bigger objects and area

when you try and change the backdrop and it went strange is because you spelt the word wrong you put backrop instead of backdrop 3:38

Be sure you got Magic Replace Tool Selected and not a regular Lasso Tool (very similar icons)
