building exteriors because interiors scare me! ☆ chatty speedbuilding

come build some more homes in newcrest except we only build the exteriors because i am too overwhelmed to finish everything LOLOL!
i am thinking about doing a mini tour of the neighborhood once i have the inteiors and sims moved in (hopefully) and i will post the tray files for everything!
if you are impatient like me, just comment and i can post whatever you'd like now and will polish it up later on!
