Being agile, you respond to change - 😅..... So much charisma from one Business Analyst .... I need to sign up to a course with you .... Watching your videos, I’ve been pushing all my boundaries, and I’m closer to achieving my goal 🙏🏿
This video was so helpful!!! I am not a business analyst, but I have created a business analyst lifestyle in my current position and it’s almost similar to your day to day activity. It is a little hard because I’m the main person doing it all; QA, project manager, tester, analyst lol.
Thanks Ifunanya! Wow you are wearing many hats but you got this girl!!! If you are struggling with any BA topics feel free to contact me on my fb page: facebook.com/karaleise/
You look so happy. I will be following your channel. I am enrolled in a Graduate class and needed some direction on Eliciting Requirements. I will continue to visit your channel as I grow in my graduate studies to become a Healthcare Analyst or Business Analyst. I want a career that makes me look as happy and fulfilled as you do. Thanks for sharing your journey and the great expertise that you have gained in your field as a Business Analyst.
Hi Tina! Don't be scared, it's intimidating only because it's new but you can get help from my channel. Please also checkout my facebook group: facebook.com/groups/2458571397498087
Awesome. I just became a BSA for a Power Company here in my local market. I am struggling a bit because the project that I'm on, was placed on hold and was started multiple months before my arrival. Do you have any suggestions you can lend especially considering this being an Agile Scrum methodology with a cross- functional team? Too, they expect me to work on several projects simultaneously.
Of course there are breaks. You determine how much time you work - at least in western culture. Its a middle management role so you control the activities you perform to get to your deliverable.
It depends on your environment. The job has a lot of responsibilities so you will expect some amount of pressure however, you can have a decent work life balance if you have good time management and multitasking skills.
Nice look by the way, always professional. What a woman with so much talent.... BA of the year for me 👌🏿

Do you get any free time like go on vacation or are BA always working and working..is there any break am curious

What is work-life balance of a business analyst? Do they get any break? Are they always on the run
It depends on your environment. The job has a lot of responsibilities so you will expect some amount of pressure however, you can have a decent work life balance if you have good time management and multitasking skills.
Business analysts seem to be the same as Scrum masters.
Not quite. There are differences in what the activities are in each role. I'll make a video to explain -look out for it!
I read "A few hours later..." in a French accent.
🤣 It does look like french writing!
