Hi Afreen, thank you for watching the video. It would be difficult for me to help you with the specifics of this question because I don't know the business process, industry or use case. However, one of the best parts of being a business analyst is to use what you know to uncover what you don't know and you should use this technique to uncover your answers as well. If this is an interview presentation question, then use the format I showed you in this video to draft your slides. The interviewers are assuming you have some base knowledge about the business and can infer the rest. There are no right or wrong answers here - its all based on your analysis and if you can defend what you say, then you will be successful. Here is what you can do: 1) You should brainstorm processes to onboard customers using the restrictions they gave you ( using govt id) - hopefully you know what that means because I don't know! but you should just think of all the possible steps to get a customer familiar with whatever the business process or system is and pick the one you like the most to present 2) Techno functional isn't a commonly used term, but it usually means from a technical and business perspective. So its asking how to onboard customers within the restriction you are given ( not using govt id) and they are probably expecting an answer that includes both using technology and without using technology to onboard the customers. 3) To really make an impression you can show the pros and cons of both approaches and recommend one. You can know if business readiness has worked in many ways: If the users are able to use the system to accomplish their tasks that 's a good indicator, if you are not getting complaints about missing functionality, if the metric you use to measure success is achieved and if the clients are getting their needs met in the new CRM system -these are all ways you can assess if the business readiness planned has worked. Hope that helps!
@@tolaadu8634 If there was missing functionality it may or may not be caught in UAT, however once it has been identified, then you can make the change request. You have to go back through the entire cycle again for the change to make that this change doesn't affect other things and to make sure you don't introduce new problems.

If you are doing a presentation for business forecasting, in addition to some of the things I talked about in this video, also be sure to emphasize the drivers behind the forecasting model you come up with. Since forecasting deals with a lot of numbers, make sure you use visualization instead of raw numbers to help bring to point across.
