Lauren I cannot even imagine how tired you must be. With the move , 4 kids and a full time job you still find time to post videos for us. We appreciate all your dedication for your channel and subscribers . When we moved it took me almost a month to organized and arranged all our stuff . And soon after that we started renovations. I didn't recently move but I'm resetting little by little everyday.. I lost my 5 yr old to cancer and in the process did not have time to clean much and on top of stuff donated it has left me with a lot to do. I'll get there one day at a time. Love your new house ❤️

The Pax wardrobe system from IKEA May be a great option for Teddy’s room. I’ve even seen people add crown molding and nice hardware to give it a custom high end look. The house is going to be gorgeous!
Hi Lauren, I’ve been with you since the beginning. Painting your staircase black will be sophisticated. I’m glad you said you’re having sofas in the living room. When you have a fireplace, sofas are a must. Maybe you should consider moving the table and chairs in your kitchen area, making your front entrance another living area. I love your style and all of your content. You’re so chill about painting the cabinets. I agree, I’d paint it all as well. I know you’re hip and know what’s “in”, excited to see the progress. I admire your chill attitude. You go girl. Also, maybe your son’s wardrobe set up would look better without the black draping, just an idea. Maybe a look of industrial would be cool. The dark colored countertops might look cool if you’re adding other dark black accents in the front room! White/ cream cabinets look good with dark tops sometimes

Moving is hard, something that helped me when we made a big move a few years ago was to label the boxes and bags with the room they belonged in. Then when they were brought in the house it all went to the rooms. Made unpacking so much easier.
You’re doing awesome on this journey!!! Waiting until January is very smart before you gut your primary restroom. That gives you time to know what works and what doesn’t; in your space. Excited to be part of your journey.

I love the moving videos! It inspires me to see how you put it all back together. I'm also excited to see it progress so I can't even imagine how it makes you and the family feel. Love how "helpful" the kitty is. They make a cat litter with "litter attract" that you can add to your regular cat litter to help with litter box issues. I usually find at the pet store. I love watching your videos. I was relaxing in bed today because my back was hurting and I thought it would be a good idea to watch some videos. Your house is really coming along great.
It will start feeling like home more and more day by day! We moved in June 2019 after being in our 1st home for 20 years. Moving day was total chaos even though we had been preparing for it for 2 months. We missed our neighbors so much. Nothing felt like home and we all got kinda of depressed even though we had moved into our dream home! When I started hanging pictures and mirrors and decorating the house for fall (super early that year) everyone snapped out of it and it started feeling and looking like home! Hang in there… you are doing a fantastic job!
