Sir good morning i have a problem about my hdpe wedge welding machine. I set the temperature to 350degrees but when i turn On the heater switch it continues to heat up to 900+ degrees then i suddenly turn off the switch
This machine is brand new HDPE WEDGE WELDING MACHINE WELDY WGW 300 MODEL. Kabibili lang po namin nito from China nung itesting ko po nagbaga sobra yung heating mechanism nya kya turn off ko po agad umabot ng mahigit 900+ degrees!
naiset up muna sa 350degree dapat tigil dun ibig sabihin yung sensor maaring natangal, buksan mo sa loob or itawag mo nlang pra isauli bago nman pala yan.
if your internal settings is right and reading above the set value check the contactor or scr sometimes stuck always on,”thats one reason. thats happen you need to replace.

over temperature thats why trip the switch.. open there’s temperature sensor not good replace new one or loose came out . thats is thermocouple.

Sinundan ko po yung tutorial nyo about sa pagprogram ng thermocouple

sometimes if you use contactor or solid state relay stuck stay on . happens to me
