What if it's a military service member from Nigeria who's been in service 3 years and owns a small plot of land as a side business but is only 26 years old at the time of the B2 interview can age be a huge Red flag? If applicant has been to UK before for 5 days.

Hello in ir1 case interview do the officer ask the applicant about their education and proof of education?

If you mean port of entry interview…. If it’s for tourism purposes they may not ask about proof of education. They will few questions regarding your education but not necessarily proof. They will ask more questions about your return tickets and where you will be staying in the US.
