    Nice video: it would have been useful to have some more "in-depth" explanation about grinding size, to see what is "too fine" or "too coarse" (e.g. a small b-clip showing the differences in grinded coffee, with some insight on how to spot a well grounded coffee from the other two cases).

    Are you shooting for 30 seconds from the beginning of the shot or at first drop of espresso? Also, is there a time you are shooting for for the first drop, like 10 seconds? I know it is all about taste and preference but curous on this. Thanks
