Again I thank you for sharing this recipe. I have to admit, I’ve never made rice pudding and I love it. So does my 96 yr old father!! He also love tapioca pudding and butterscotch pudding. I’ve never made those either 😢. My mother always made them and believe me, they were fabulous. She also was a pro making cream puffs but she put in pudding not cream. Sure wish I knew how to do that too! KeyLime friend 💕🙏🙏
One of my favorite puddings. I never tried baking it, my momma taught me to cook it on the stove top. Will have to try this one and see which I like best.
I think the difference is the baked is kind of custard texture and stovetop is more what we consider pudding texture … I like this but I probably prefer the stovetop texture better… I’d do a good recipe on here and show them the difference if you have one you’d like to share !😊
