I think the remake for this track was objectively perfect. Not in a “this track is one of the best in the game” way, but in a “there are literally no flaws here” way.
Probably the best remastered music from wave 5. Takes every part of the original and elevates it, adding new countermelodies all throughout. Simply amazing.

I absolutely LOVE the added violins and other orchestral instruments here. Makes you feel like you're really racing on a sophisticated high-class cruise ship in the middle of summer. Also makes this song more distinguished from the very similar music for cheep cheep beach

wow I always liked this track since the gamecube in the Mario Kart 7 era, it was always one of my favorites in the entire franchise and when I came back for this game I already knew it was going to be beautiful but I never imagined it would reach this level the graphics the music and the gameplay is undoubtedly the best of the game in general without a problem it could pass as a track from the base game how beautiful this track was for Nintendo

Just as good as the original, keeps the relaxing aspect of it all and I love how much the instruments come out with this version, this was one of the GCN tracks I wanted aside from Dino Dino Jungle so really happy to see it back, still very fun!

This is like the only track in this game besides Baby Park where you can't get Lakitu to pick you up for going Out of Bounds and that frustrates me but hot damn the music goes SO HARD
Great remix, the string flourishes are lovely, but I wish the bass line was a little louder in this version; it was such a core part of the original's vibe.
