Okay this remix is incredible like its insane how good it is like, i love the synth bass samples used, i love the percussion i love how much more fleshed out the entire second half of the song is (especially that new chord progression starting at 0:45), this is literally the only arrangement ive heard of this song get the "weird percussion" (i don't what else to call it) (the thing that in the original was a slowed down drumloop and was in channels 6 and 8) right, i love how they pair up the orchestra hit sample with some real instruments to get it sounding more like the sample used in the original, i love the new strings countermelody starting at 0:15 and i love how 0:15 is no longer just the same measure played 4 times there's some variation in the percussion and the afformentioned strings countermelody and also this new like weird synth part mirroring the bassline thats noticeably panned left and later right, overall i like how the new additions aren't *just* orchestral, there are also some weird synthy sounds and percussion elements, i love how grand and echoey the organ is while still sounding clear and legible, i like the little string section followthrough to the organ's 16th note run, it and the fact that one of the bass samples starts playing an octave higher for like 4 measures afterwords, bleeding past where the original would've already looped, really helps keep a sense pf momentum where the original had a very "start and stop" feeling loop, in general i think this version sounds more "metallic" than the original if that makes sense overall, really my only complaints are that 1: The xylophone (or maybe marimba?) could be clearer and have less reverb, this only becomes a major issue with the chain-layer though 2: The organ chords with the pitch bends sound kinda empty and I don't even really know ehy 3: The afformentioned "weird percussion" could be more prominent in the mix, especially from 0:38 to 0:45 and ESPECIALLY from 0:55 to 1:04 Also id HIGHLY recommend trying to find a lossless rip of this song somewhere outside of RUclips, audio compression really doesnt take kindly to this song specifically

However, the "spinning" version that starts at 4:10 in this video has the harp(?) tracks playing, which doesn't happen in-game (unless they're very quiet): ruclips.net/video/rMTG_3k1zl0/видео.htmlm23s Instead, the harp tracks play on their own in the BMS file (i.e. without the drums or flutes) very briefly alongside the full choir version of the streamed AST track after you strike bowser into the air, but before the cutscene starts: ruclips.net/video/rMTG_3k1zl0/видео.htmlm10s In other words, the version that plays at 4:10 should have the harp tracks muted, and there should be one more loop added to the end for Bowser flying, and then this would be perfect. 👍

This song was a HELL of a first impression on this game in soundtrack alone (It's a bit of a shame the rest of the game didn't quite keep up with it, but the rest of it was still good)
