- LEGO has put out a diverse lineup of Star Wars sets for Summer 2020! I thought it would be fun to rank ALL LEGO Star Wars Summer 2020 sets from Worst to First! From the General Grievous Starfighter & AAT to the Razor Crest & 501st Battle Pack there's quite a range of good & bad sets for varying reasons!

I think that LEGO should make The Mummy trilogy for a theme of products. Basically, there would be battle packs with the Medjai, the followers of Imhotep, Anubis’ Soldiers, the Pygmy mummies, the clay soldiers, the mummy soldiers, French Foreign Legion and imhotep’s priests. The theme would include a UCS Hamunaptra set has Benny, Rick, Evelyn, Johnathan, Adeth Bay, Imhotep, four mummy soldiers, two mummy priests, Mummy Anuksunamun, the American explorers, the Egyptologist, and two Medjai soldiers. Then the products would be the Biplane from the first movie, Izzy’s balloon from the second movie, the double decker bus fight, the British Museum resurrection, Imhotep’s train, the Golden Pyramid, the Chariot Chase, the gateway to Shangri La, the Great Wall battle, MacGuires Plane with Chinese fighter plane, the battle of Hamunaptra.
The general grievous starfigter should include obi wan ( not burned), general grievous, 2 magna guards and commander cody

It should have a regular Obi-Wan with a new face print, a General Grievous, and just two Magna Guards but no Commander Cody because it would make the set about $90.00 for the new molds for Cody and who wants this set to be more expensive.

I hope they are only using the Mustafar kenobi and anakin because they weren't able to make a new kenobi and anakin because of COVID 19
it's not designers, it's the manufactoring and management that was responsible. They probably have an excess of mustafar sets and due to covid putting a new design in production would just cost too much
Here's my theory: I think that the Mustafar Obi-Wan has the perfect torso design (not including the burn marks) in the designer's opinion that they just reused it, and didn't take into account the burn marks.
A designer wouldn't just reuse a piece like this, have you seen them do it in recent times? No, this is only happening in sets that are already being delayed on the US due to smaller production quotas, this is a decision made purely on management and cost reduction in a time of crisis
Hopefully they change it. There is still time to change the mini gigs so hopefully they do that but the airborne trooper will probably not change

@Some Wannabe RUclipsr would be amazing to get the Venator from the final two episodes of TCW. Updated Clone Wars Maul, Rex, Jesse, Ahsoka, maybe throw in the droids that help Ahsoka too

I honestly do not get the appeal of that set. The AT-RT is way oversized, the price is way too high and it's just the same clone x5
Personally: for the 80$ price tag, they should’ve turned this from grievous star fighter to the battle on utapau. Keep the star fighter and add in the wheel bike, while either swapping out the airborne trooper for Cody, or, preferably, adding Cody in, because the airborne trooper simply looks too good to get replaced. Obviously obi-wan should’ve had a fresher look too. I think this would definitely justify the 80, maybe even 90 if they added in another airborne solider, the lizard obiwan was riding as well as an electro staff and blaster than was used between grievous and obiwan. This would then have easily been the best set of the wave, of not the second best
I really don’t like how Anakin leans so far back in the interceptor... they got it right in 2014, so why not now?

(I dont say its the second best set, but its more likely that it is the second best rather than the second worst)
I love the AAT, going to get 1 or 2, and I think it is an AMAZING set. However, this summer wave (or at least some of it [coughs in phase 2 cody]) was really strong, so I think that the 501st BP, Razor Crest, AT-AT, and a few more were above it. A better AAT model could've put it at #4 or even higher easily.

A compaint i have about the 501st battlepack, is the red studs on the stud shooters . They are supposed to fire blue lasers from their cannons as we see in Clone Wars . Other than that , its one of the best lego star wars sets ever made . Ofc replacing the studs with blue ones is easy , but i feel like i had to point it out since you know ... only the best is good enough!

I love the new at at it looks so good, the fact you can fit 3 figs in the head, 5 snow troopers in the back, even 6 if you remove the e Web. The luke skywalker rope mechanism, the speeder in the back, great set. Easily my favourite on the list

I feel like for the AAT it is a good set for people that don't have the AAT from 2010 so I disagree, with that. The minifigs are very good as well.

For the Resistance Transport it would’ve been a great way to get Nein Numb as a third minifig because he appears on the ride with Lieutenant Bek while you’re on the ship going to a Star Destroyer.

That AT-AT is looking excellent. I really want to pick one up when it comes out. It looks super sleek and accurate. I actually really like the head for it. It looks more accurate compared to the other models. Especially the front visor. I love the interior space. I am fine with the minifigs, but I do agree another snowtrooper or two would've been nice. But overall, my favourite set of this wave

Question. What is different about anakind interceptor?
Like, i have the former set right here and it is hard to spot the difference. What always annoyed me is that the astromech slot has holes in it and by the looks of the new one, its still there. And i dont know why. Obi wans has its slot closed so you cant see the legs underneath it and why they didnt do it for anakins AGAIN is beyond me
*For the AT-AT,* I think they expected people to buy the action battle sets (most notably the AT-AT one, which I bought... *twice)* so you could fill the AT-AT up with them

New Vader has new leg printing as well, used to be just the robe but now it has the pant stripes too
I want like 4 of those 501st sets. Mostly for the figures, the extra pieces come in handy for a lot of things tho.
