I had the instant ink plan for my 2700e. Hp sent me an offer to get this printer free by upgrading to the ultimate instant ink plan, so I ordered it today.
@@BestPrinters Im going on two years with this printer and now it say sthe carriage is jammed. Any help on fixing this? There is no paper jam and I believe it may be a hardware issue.
@@bobbyd6680 unfortunately no. I had geek squad take a look at it and they said it was something wrong with my cartridges and would better do just get a whole new printer preferable a laser

Hi, yes and I do a lot of printing, scanning etc. and it has done really well with the usage so far!
