What I did about the front bracket touching the radiator hose was I got hold of another scrap hose and cut a 4 inch piece and sliced it end to end then slipped it over the bike's hose.
Just installed this dampner on my 22 took it for a 50 mile round trip rip and it is incredible how different the bike acts now . Taking it to dealer later today to have recall work done and having the tires balanced also . Next on my list is a new sway bar and end links thanks for your video man it really help me alot .
#1 tip that u did is put that catch rag in there!!!😊I did same as u-drop shit into Never never land!😂 Super easy install!! What a difference that it makes in the Over all feel of the bike!! Le-Man’s is very happy 😆 now? Great 👍 vid bud!
Hi, good question. But no. You need extender because of one bolt.... but actually you need it anyway because of the coolant hose... so nothing has changed much. Tiny but smaller place for removing lid, nothing dramatic.

Just picked up my second Ryker and this is a great upgrade. Pair it with the Baja Ron sway bar and end links and you have a smooth ride.

Martin you don't need lock tight on the damper 2 bolts the nut has Teflon to stop it from coming loose

I seen this covers the oil cap cover for the filter. Do you need to remove the damper when you change the oil?
