I like the sticker on the back glass I think it hits lower than the subs ! 1 bad ass build man keep poundin ! The fan on the amp mount was nice . If I can I take them apart put a fan or two inside small ones I get by on remote wire running them . I bet there is a lot of boom coming through that port into the cab . I’ve always wanted to build a blow through . Stuck with a suv guess I’ll just go mini wall on 2 15s . Great video glad to see it thanks for sharing!
Accordian boot rubber can be used in between the cab and the bed of the truck. I found mine 20 yrs ago at a fiberglass "truck bed camper" (topper) shop. Or a truck accessory shop that sells those bed mount "sleeper shells" we call them campers in tx. Others call me toppers or sleepers.
+JordanSlone9 yea. I'm 40, and I watch a lot of videos. I'm currently making a 30+ cube 4th order box, for 4 subs in a s10 blazer. I just don't video my work. But your editing and content is good.
+Jesse Nelson Same here man. That's sweet. I bet that's a really big box in person. You should try to throw a video up on here sometime. id like to see how your box is coming along.
Here's a link to some photos of the sealed portion of the box. it's completed (temporarily) . so I can Jam a little bit till I get more MDF& time To finish the sealed portion. This setup is DEEP.........and it Hertz too.
That is a very nice box you have there would you be willing to share your cut list or sell your design I cannot find any design Dimensions or Cut list on the internet anywhere for 2×15s Thank you
Well hello me. The bill looks good looks real good I was debating on doing a 4 15s and a 4th order on my F-150 but didn't realize it would take up the whole damn bed after I already purchased the subs now what to do? Think I might be going with two cuz a 40 cubic foot box gross basically that don't even leave room for a bag of trash. But your bill looks really good Amp rack looks sweet too
Thanks. That was long ago and a great first blow through. This truck went on to have (3) 15s in a pretty windy build that I kept for 5 years or so. She recently just had weight loss reduction and is sitting in the garage having and 6.0 ls engine swap with (1) 15 blow through that is almost equivalent to this (2) 15s build.
Great build. Whats ur port specs it looks great and u get down with little port it looks like. I cant seem to get mine right same style setup but shared rear chamber.
@@mayanaztec6440 yeah but know that there is no going back without welding it back in. I had many many years of enjoying this but now the truck has a super chargerd 6.0. I had no choice but to build a (1) 15 blowthrough which is still cool but if the hole wasn’t there it would prob have nothing.
What exactly did you use for the rubber gasket between the bed and the cab??? Been researching blow through boxes to try n find out but no luck so far seen a bunch of people using some kind of rubber gasket but don't what it is from or where to get one that will work.... any help appreciated :)
JordanSlone9 thanks so much for the quick response def helped me alot been looking into a build like this for a while but that was my missing link.....
Bro I know that that Box is sick as f**k!!!!! I have three 12x's and I want to do a fourth order too! I want to play in the same frequency range that yuor're playing. Can get you to help to help me out on a design? I'm willing to pay
Thanks man. Do it! 4th orders can deff be a lot better if designed right. I could probably design one that is close enough. but for exact frequency ranges I recommend the guy's email at the beginning of the video.
Idk how ive somehow missed your comment that is a yr old but the guy i usually recommends dont respond to ppl anymore. I designed the one im building atm but i dont do any designs for ppl. But im sure 3 x12s would be a great setup. Theres alot of options
Length X Width X Height using internal dimensions to get cubic feet/inches. To get port area its just Length X Width using internal dimensions. So whatever your box is on outside just make sure you subtract your wood thickness from it al the way around.
JordanSlone9 ok so when calculating the port, you dont multiply the height? Also, how do you know how many cu-in of port area is needed for an x cu-ft box to tune it? Like how much port area per cube to get say 26hz tuning? Thx alot bro
+butterfenco when calculating port area just length X width. Than to tune it you add depth to it. Not sure what subs your using but going by or close to specs is a start.
Love that fan tray for the amp...very nice!

Very nice!
i know that sounds good in that box with those subs very nice
We are doing almost the exact same box in my 97 ram. Almost to the t. With the exception that we are putting 4 12's to get more cone surface.
cool hope it turns out good for you.
excellent
Thanks man.
Simple but nice design for the amp
Thanks, juss switched to a Ampere Audio 5k as of this week. currently a 150.1db

you did a great job. one question how is the road noise after cutting the truck ?
Thanks. I’ve had it so long I really couldn’t tel you but you can hear it a little.
@@JordanSlone9 so would you recommend this set up ?

HI, can you tell me where did you buy the black packaging or gasket that you put around the hole please
Alvaro Escamilla its called accordian boot for sealing camper tops. I got mine from accordianboot.com
What did you put it and could you share the dimensions with me ? Willing to pay
What are your measurements for your box I want to build the same one
I don't have them I busted that box with sledge hammer.
