    I suffer from middle back pain. When the tensions hurts too much, I used to curl up in bed in an embryonic position. I replaced this habit with your movments. This helps me really a lot. Thank you.❤

    Thanx for a new great movement Colm. I have a recent concussion so I had a bit of th whirlies with the eye motion. I'm asking for general tips on managing this....brain bonk. I also felt pain in left shoulder and upper arm, more tips on that too please. Love all of it. Keep up the good work.

      Hi Judy, you're welcoem! A concussive impact will make the neck stiffen, work on freeing that. That will also help with shoulder and upper arm pain. Here are some videos you can use.

    Such a great simple and practice sequence Colm! How would you cue this if difficulty holding elbows up hands behind head?

      Hey Bronwyn, yeah this is a personal favourite of mine. Great question. You can do the same sequence but wrapping your arms around yourself instead. It feels very nice too. Try it and see.

    Thanks Colm ! A bit challenging for me in two ways , arms felt heavy and during the wide stance of the legs the right one tends to internally rotate ( move in ) while doing the movements.

    Doing this from my bed sick with flu and the sneezing aggravated my back injury and has put my ribcage into complete spasm especially on the left side. I wish there was something for coccydynia. Thanks for all your videos.

    i love your vids.can you please make one to release throat muscles? My throat is always so tinight and it makes it hard to breathe. Not just cause it constricts the throat itself, but also because it pulls up the ribcage and f**ks with my diaphragm. Can you please do one for throat tension?

    At 8:52 yes a very little better sitting still tense feeling,but,, ny lower belly, holds so much tension., i have not been able to totally feel less tense until i lie down.?

      Can you make your lower belly MORE tense on purpose? If you can make it more tense you can relax it.

      I can rense it, but, when i am my lower belly is hard, like a muscle, i am not trying to tense it !

    Which video lying down would resemble this .
    Are you going to be able to respond ro older you tubes ii have asked questions i have s down fingered my responses is because they are not answered , yet, my clicking shoulder even doing some of your videos, do you see them??? This was very difficult right now, but, it helped some, but, belly still is very tense as it always is when i am up right, as i have explained , which i have not heard you talk about, yet.

      You cant really recreate this laying down. Washrag would probably be the closest to it tho. Can you tighten your belly on purpose?

      @@LearnSomatics when i lie down ,yes, what ever i did to hurt my back, wants to hinder me doing nany things, getting off the ground , even rolling over, i think it's easing up finally, but, when i am I any position, i do try to inact some of the movements.
      Then i try to move easier,a very challanging time foe me, thanks for your support.

    I really like this but it does seem to cause strain in my neck, even if I keep my fingers only touching my head :( Any advice welcome, thank you.
    Another question - some of these moves (this and the lovely lovely twisting one on the same playlist), I get a delicious 'yawn' through my body. That's meant to happen, right? I sit with it, let it happen, slow the movement right the way down to release. Hope this is correct!!
