In the earlier video on cooperative societies, you have told the PCS have to maintain SLR AND CRR which are RBI mandates. but in the end you told only UCB DCCB and SCB come under RBI regulation. so once and all clear whether PCS are regulated by RBI or not
and also what is the paid up capital to start a PCS and UCB and commercial bank
