Rain is the cursed/constant weather in my game. Should probably have another look at your workbench down stairs, it's had a few "cosmetic" changes 🤣
Also, the contractor dude does use stolen materials, they just take up a lot of space since they don't stack. He also uses mats in order (left to right) so make sure the stolen ones are sorted to before the good ones before you pay for renovations.

The Dev added weather systems... don't know why it's stuck with fog 24-7. Should burn off in the late morn, early afternoon. I've seen rain ingame, but it hasn't been 24-7.
Did the Dev add a console command to change the weather?

You shouldnt update your current save to the new update. One thing i found that might be true is that you cant remove trash near furniture that came with the upgrades before the new update. So basically if you upgraded a certain apartment before you updated, trash that is near those upgrades isnt pickable. So i think such an apartment will never reach 100% cleanliness and you wont be able to upgrade it further. I do not know if this is fully true but just keep that in mind.
Edit: I have found now this to not be true but do keep in mind that old saves on new versions are risky.

Go back to the guy in the waterworks that wants you to give letter to daughter and bring osrat with you. You get a key for b2 in the locker I found a backpack
Support, couldnt you have used the magic scanner near the body?
Admittedly I tried in a deleted 10 minutes of recording cause I got soft locked and had to reload save from the beginning and nothing was there lol
I agree with not getting addicted to more things! I'm still unsure about what we can be addicted to, there are teddy bears and after the ducks... I'm worried! x

that the new "weather" effects and i hate it.
Ya... I ended up reading about weather later and asked myself why? Why make it super hard to see so often. The thumbnail took like 6 more days to be able to take... then next day fog again lol

Na, in a cut 10 min of recording due to soft lock that forced reloading game and starting recording over I tried and didn't work. Ment to say something but I forgot
If you keep stolen goods in the back pack, will they get detected?
No so been trying to keep most of em there. Still got thrown in jail after recording and playing for money for next video for whatever reason lol

@Grillmastah it will give you things like planks,nails,scrap metal ,furniture parts etc....most things you can some you cant...
Yep you need to kick your ducks and smokes get clean man! Funny thing is if i lived there irl i would want all the drugs and ducks lol
