He might not have a belt yet but to me Kingston epitomizes the term "people's champion." No one is more real in the wrestling business than him. The article he wrote on his struggles with mental health was so inspiring. You can't help but love him. Plus his in-ring work looks as real as real gets.
I love Eddie even more after this. I'm so glad he's getting a big push. And, it's great now seeing how he's drawing his personal life into the storyline.
I knew nothing of eddie kingston until Brodie Lee passed. The video of his speech after the brodie tribute show made me dive into who the hell this dude is. As a fellow new Yorker, eddie is that dude.
Who knew? It reflects well on both of them. Both of them wrestled in a lot of places before they made their way to AEW. Since for the most part, I think they wrestled for different Promotions in North America, I doubt that their path had crossed too often over the years.
I LOVE #EddieKingston and #EthanPage these 2 together is GOLD. Glad to see them together in #AEW. Both are phenomenal wrestlers. Bright futures ahead!!
Awesome interview and an insight into two serious workers back when AEW was not even a dream. Interesting insights not just into both men (and shows Eddie consistency in how he talks about his past); especially interesting to hear Ethan talk about his journey. Both these men are workers, and worked their way into AEW. 22:19 the mention of Santana and Ortiz is interesting. 28:05 the shoulder injury story is epic; so interesting to see Ethan’s natural niceness, but ‘you’re a mark’ is awesome. 31:07 the story of Eddie’s dad is awesome; ‘you guys are twins’. ‘When you die you are the only one in that casket...’ what a thing to say to a 12 year old. 34:50 Id love to see Eddie in a bar. 47:31 that poor Toby Durst kid... Ethan’s face in that exchange is priceless. And you can see the bias of their friendship. Both men are very different but very honest. It’s awesome to see and funny also... 49:31: ‘Dude, you are a fuking squirrel...’ I lost it! 51:53 Eddie makes Excalibur (off camera) lose it and I think leads to the PWG stuff at 52:23 57:41 Eddie’s story leading to his Jim Cornette impression was magic. 1:03:25 and then Excalibur joins them and it’s like sitting backstage listening to guys just shot the breeze... awesome. 1:07:13 Ethan says a forbidden name... I’m laughing so hard! Curious as to who it was... Eddie’s ‘ANYWAY’ was priceless. 1:10:24 Holy crap! I’d love to have been in that room. 1:12:57 The Gig Story... just priceless. ‘This Slytherin mothafucka...’ And the story starts getting better and better; Excalibur and Eddie tipping Ethan apart verbally. ‘Like a child...’. 1:18:18 that Homicide story... This was a joy to watch.
Eddie is honestly the best! He is so charismatic and connects to us as both a fan of wrestling and wrestling culture. Its a true testament that keep going on this journey in your life cause, it may take awhile, but, you will get there
Seeing Ethan just at-ease with another wrestler, one he's crossed paths with and knew before AEW is just awesome. Thanks for this--I didn't even know most of the stuff they were referencing, but it was an awesome back'n'forth.
I went to NY Comic Con last month & had a photo op with MJF. Wish Eddie would consider working Comic Con too like other wrestlers. He really doesn't seem to see or understand how much people love or adore his raw, authentic attitude.
Even as a tough guy, Eddie is still adorable & modest. Wish he had more self-confidence, especially after everything he's fought through in his life, inside & outside the ring.
Billy Corrigan is a very big fan but also has a good eye for glossed over talent. He has by his efforts built Kingston, Starks, Murdoch, Drake, and r.i.p. Jocephus.
I could listen for hours when this 2 take a conversation its freakin entertaining im 7Months behind .... the plus : i can look also the new conversation with these Guys and Bryce is hilarious I love it thank you so much Greetings from Switzerland
Poor Ethan, got his interview sorta derailed. Excalibur and Eddie having me in tears of laughter tho. From AEW Dark I knew Excalibur had good chemistry with New Yorkers
Smart Mark Video has some Best Of The Indies dvds centered on Eddie Kingston. I'm spending a mini fortune on dvds from Smart Mark Video just to see Eddie's promos & matches that weren't included on those dvds.
Eddie is my dream boo. A total badass with pretty green eyes, a playful side, and a beautiful smile. I can't wait 'til he comes back next year so he can rip through The Jackson Boys, Jungle J@ckoff, OCody, and anyone else they bring to their side like a buzzsaw. And judging from the training videos he did with Cezar Bononi before he got hurt, I think he's going to be jacked when he returns.
We need Ethan Page as Karate Man with Eddie as his manager just one time! Anyway, these two are friggin' awesome & soooo down-to-earth! Can't hate either dude!!! Hope Kingston kicks Jericho's ass this Sunday
Wrestler myself.. weekend warrior.. 7 years or so... I have bipolar... Eddie kingston is a great guy... hes no gimmick.. dude is crazy real in a kayfabe world... I love Chris jericho but he made Chris look like a green horn. You had the superficial appearance of Chris's verbiage compared to Eddie. Secondly I'm Canadian by birth..living in the UK... Here we have the Melt Generation In the locker rooms. You've got high spot fiends ...young bucks..omega etc. Its not that its not about splendid moments and big spots but these people are structured around 3 small sequences and 12345 high spots that never get digested by the nose bleeds...I promise you... the bucks do a triple somersault piledriver off the apron after a bump off the ladder that nobody sells... the nose bleed fans won't remember one or the other spot . Because its too busy in the ring... Like a poured bottle of wine... let it breathe... Just my thoughts...
The fued is real wresting vs sports entertainment. That is why Jericho brought out security. Called Cody what's his name, cut that rehearsed style promo while Eddie was doing Eddie. The things Jericho did were WWE tropes. The segment was gold. That fued has legs and should run through Double or Nothing
They were all working Wrestlecon plus Somebody has to keep Kingston on task. Wouldn't picture Ex and Kingston to be good friends but it does kindof explain Excalibur's chemistry with Taz haha
I think Renee Paquette might be the only one who could do a real sit down interview with Eddie since she's the only one he's sweet on since him & Mox are besties too.

Eddie and Ethan was the friendship we didn't know we needed in our lives but we are here for it ❤

This is so interesting to watch four years later when they’re both in AEW.
My two favorite wrestlers talking to each other for almost an hour and a half... absolute bliss, wish I could have witnessed it in person!
Eddie and Ethan are 2 of the best things about wrestling!
Seeing Ethan just at-ease with another wrestler, one he's crossed paths with and knew before AEW is just awesome. Thanks for this--I didn't even know most of the stuff they were referencing, but it was an awesome back'n'forth.
One of the best interviews I've ever seen.
Kingston is so raw, real, and relatable. My favorite wrestler.
I went to NY Comic Con last month & had a photo op with MJF. Wish Eddie would consider working Comic Con too like other wrestlers. He really doesn't seem to see or understand how much people love or adore his raw, authentic attitude.
I love when Eddie talks about his mother. You can tell he fucking loves her and she really raised a hell of a man.
Eddie is a mama's boy (in a good way).
When Eddie laughs or smiles my heart melts 💓 #TeamEddieKingston ❤
Even as a tough guy, Eddie is still adorable & modest. Wish he had more self-confidence, especially after everything he's fought through in his life, inside & outside the ring.
This made me love Eddie 1000x more plus his friendship with Ethan Page is precious god bless you Eddie Moore (Kingston) the love of my life 💜❤😍😘
Yo this was in the archives for too long Eddie’s a legend
Billy Corrigan is a very big fan but also has a good eye for glossed over talent. He has by his efforts built Kingston, Starks, Murdoch, Drake, and r.i.p. Jocephus.
The Besties in the World cameo made my day!
Man, after excalibur joins in, this goes OFFF the rails. This was amazing
"You didn't even wait for the response because you signed with IMPACT Wrestling"
"Sorry"
I love Ethan Page so much
Eddie Kingston - not sure if he realizes this but his face is one of the most photogenic faces. Very good looking.
Also him being so goofy, adorable, modest & emotional makes him more attractive🥵😘😍
Its crazy to see him surpass Chris Hero in the wrestling world
@1:26:41 Can someone type out the carny version of that name that was censored?
Best wrestling interview ever
What year is this from? Because this is great
That ROH cage of death show was my favourite eras in wrestling.
Eddie Kingston is a God damn treasure
These two are incredible
I could listen for hours when this 2 take a conversation its freakin entertaining im 7Months behind .... the plus : i can look also the new conversation with these Guys and Bryce is hilarious
I love it thank you so much
Greetings from Switzerland
great promo last night Eddie!!!!
Poor Ethan, got his interview sorta derailed. Excalibur and Eddie having me in tears of laughter tho. From AEW Dark I knew Excalibur had good chemistry with New Yorkers
Can’t wait for the eventual MJF vs Eddie Kingston AEW World Championship Match
that would be a great story ! and a great match
the dog collar match part is fucking hilarious
custom tapes were truly awesome
When was this recorded? Not a mention of AEW, and some things just don't seem to make sense in today's wrestling landscape.
I think this was like 2018
would love to know when this was recorded.
I think this was 2018
To have your own personality in wrestling is hard to build. but Eddie is natural . he fits in like Jello.
Just them and Besties are so funny together. I wish yall would put up the interview with all of them and ACH.
They did a interview with all of them
@ I wish they’d put it up.
i just watched 3 hours of eddie kingston interviews, i want more lol
Smart Mark Video has some Best Of The Indies dvds centered on Eddie Kingston. I'm spending a mini fortune on dvds from Smart Mark Video just to see Eddie's promos & matches that weren't included on those dvds.
Julian’s laugh is life 😂
lol Eddie is real with it AEW!!
Whose name did they keep bleeping out?
That is why i love ed he keeps it real man
Got my anxiety up hearing those censor name and wanted to know those name
Eddie needs the big one after MJF
Fucking Excalibur the man who knows ALL.
Excalibur is also excellent in this interview #AEW
Wonder if this is done before or after All in?
Eddie is my dream boo. A total badass with pretty green eyes, a playful side, and a beautiful smile. 14:22 hilarious exchange 😂😂
Eddie has busted his ass in this business. Time to give him a title run.
Even though Eddie is not a tag team wrestler anymore, hope he’ll reconsider it with Page & Moxley since they’re his besties.
48:48 Eddie's laugh and smile lol
When did this interview take place?
2018 at some point from the interview
Chinese fries in the UK is a big thing...
Salt and pepper chips are the greatest
Is this from 2018?
yes
upload the interview with MJF and Ricky
THE BEST 9.99 IN THE BIZZZZ!!!
He jokes about being a crackhead, Ethan laughs Eddie says what, I’m trying to get serious you’re laughing at me xD
GED! Good Enough Diploma!
We need Ethan Page as Karate Man with Eddie as his manager just one time! Anyway, these two are friggin' awesome & soooo down-to-earth! Can't hate either dude!!! Hope Kingston kicks Jericho's ass this Sunday

I love that Egon All Ethan The Ego Page has been the same way since at least 2018.
THIS NEW?
Bow down to the Mad King!
Ed is the shit
Why was Excalibur included in this?
They were all working Wrestlecon plus Somebody has to keep Kingston on task. Wouldn't picture Ex and Kingston to be good friends but it does kindof explain Excalibur's chemistry with Taz haha
@@VelocitrapLords This was from wrestlecon 2018, there were multiple people waiting to do interviews and hanging out, that is why Excalibur popped in.
@@highspots Damn my bad, WrestleReunion is a different series of shows, some of which are on HSWN (best 9.99 in the biz)
As a New Yorker i know about getting Fried Chicken and Fries in a china food place and it's good
that was hilarious, great stuff
39:18 is so funny
Eddie page vs Ethan kingston
#AEW needs All Ethan Egon Page v Edward Kingston muay thai blood feud fight
Is Ethan white or mixed
He’s half Macedonian.
The saying is to many chefs and not enough Cooks
1:12:27 with no context
At least Sinbad is a human being 😂
Eddie > CM Punk
Ethan is goofing around. I want to see Eddie interviewed for real.
I think Renee Paquette might be the only one who could do a real sit down interview with Eddie since she's the only one he's sweet on since him & Mox are besties too.
I can't stand that chubby eddie ,he cant even wear a hat properly.
Y'all my Nigga Highspots.
