  • We may have an answer to what this was! Stay tuned...I will post the information when I receive it. This is so cool.
    My original title was "Possible Bigfoot Vocal Collection and Analysis" but then I realized that a snappy title would gain more interest and introduce more people to our attempts to use science and data to understand the Bigfoot question.
    This is from my property in the Manistee National Forest. 10/09/22. I have attempted to isolate two vocals heard after gunshots. One is a quiet "Whoop" and the other is a loud siren-like sound. In the end, I compare the siren to a similar one captured in Isabella Michigan in 2011. Interestingly, a RUclipsr is using this very audio and claiming it as his own. Feel free to share and use my audio for research or fun purposes. I do request a mention of my efforts, however.

    Hello Lord Cryptid, I discovered you on Wes Germers show, I’m from Jackson Michigan and camping out at age 13 or so, myself, 2 of my cousins and a friend had a Bigfoot encounter at Hardee Dam Pond in Michigan .. It was around 3 or 4 AM, it was a very brief encounter and not scary at all .. We all saw it, I know they are real .. I enjoy your content ..!!

    Figuring the 'oomph' is the reply to the possibly closer vocalization from the distant howler. The Isabella howl faintly sounded similar to a gibbons primate, except the gibbons is not as long but shorter and with lighter quicker vocals.

    That “siren” sound is a barred owl. You can hear him chortle at the end.

      I did a comparison video with a Barred Owl and you are most likely correct.

      You know what I've heard that siren sound too but I never heard of do it for as long as I heard that siren sound and it was too sounds one after the other is the first one lasted for about 15 seconds the second one lasted about 25 seconds there's no way in hell is going to make that long of a tone that powerful that far away I heard one just today I'm in upper Michigan it was about 1 in the afternoon today I was at a salvage yard

    I'm in Houghton and today I was at Ed's Auto salvage getting an alternator out of a vehicle and it was around 1 p.m. and I heard a very loud long steady vocalisation I thought it was a tornado siren it stopped and then it did it again the same tone long and steady very loud and echoed through the woods I've never heard an animal make that sound besides what I've heard about Bigfoot it made 2 long loud steady hollers when I heard the second one right after the first long one the second one was much longer and I had to study for s wasn't sure if it was a tornado siren!!!!! It was not a moose it was not a bear it was not a cow it was definitely a Bigfoot I have studied animal behaviour whilst animal planet on my life has been enthused and fascinated by animals all my life I've never heard an animal make this sound it was loud it was powerful and it echoed!!!!! ..

      There are things out there that make spooky sounds. Elk can head pretty far south but not that far...weird.

    Yes, I was going to ask if those might be wood knocks. The two answer”shots” sound different from the first four

    • @LordCryptid
      @LordCryptid  Год назад +1

      I agree. People had been shooting all day from two locations. From one you could hear people as it was about 1/2 mile down the road at a range my neighbor set up. I have no idea where the second location was.

    Interesting we have similar audio. Some real and I believe some may be mimic of local wildlife. Ep. 004 and 014 prove there is a big creature coming through so it does make you think twice about the other animals. Just posted Ep. 015 and not sure if the coyote is real or mimic so looking for comments and feedback. Thank you.

    • @LordCryptid
      @LordCryptid  Год назад +1

      Yes. There is a gun range nearby. They do sound weird coming through all the trees...almost like wood knocks.

    Ok nothing to fear folks unless your a rabbit. Sounds like a few coyotes to me, perfectly normal. You know what's really scary. When a pack of them are ganging up on their dinner right outside your tent, and all you have is a boy scout knife.

    • @LordCryptid
      @LordCryptid  Месяц назад

      You may need more than a Boy Scout knife.

    That is a Barred owl ,the voice print is not right for sasquatch also .

      The range on the spectrogram is off for a Barred Owl. But I will continue looking. This vocal is a weird one but has been recorded elsewhere in Michigan. Most notably in Isabella County. About 40 miles away from this location. I am awaiting more sound analysis and will share when it arrives.

    • @LordCryptid
      @LordCryptid  Год назад +3

      I may have access to a spectrogram that shows a Barred Owl making a similar, yet rare, call. This is going to be pretty cool to actually get an answer. I will share it when I get it.

      @@LordCryptid Hi Thanks for sharing the vocals , I have recorded the same thing multiple and sometimes it's louder than one would expect I mean really loud and powerful , I live in Washington state and the Native Indian's here all state the sasquatch are masters of mimicking other sounds and animals , I have had my name spoken 3 times at 3 am at a camp one night that me and many of my research colleagues have been going to for 20 years and there have been many sightings and tons of audio near MT Rainier , a few seconds after this thing said my name in a gruff voice it walked over to another good friend and investigator that was in another tent and it pushed it's hand into his tent and it was only inchs away from his face he could see the whole hand and all 5 fingers . as a side note I met Tate H this summer at this same camp and might have got a picture of our subject with his drone , and I have thermal footage from this camp also and much more ..

      @@LordCryptid Hello , I left you a link to a talk I did years ago in Lacey Washington state , at about 25:25 I show a barred owl for comparison the "voice print "shows that it drops off at the end , suspected sasquatch calls when recorded are usually very straight looking with their "voice print" and the HZ range is pretty tight from around 650 -800HZ, I explain this in the video a little before the barred owl .

I was told if they have red eyes be careful and if blue/green eyes there ok. Remember respect the forests cause they are watching 👀

      People have claimed to shoot them. However, you have to see one first...that alone seems problematic enough.
