Welcome back everyone. This one is a little out of the norm for me but glad I got the call. A local company was doing some yard cleanup and after cutting on a dead tree, they found it had a colony of honeybees living in it. Not knowing what to do, they contacted me and we set an appointment for the next day to remove them. I couldn't have found a better scenario to remove the bees. Weather was great. The bees were in a surprisingly good mood and the tree was not what I expected. Bees naturally live in the hollows of trees. Although most of my calls come from infestations in homes, this was a great find and I was excited to get it on video as well. I hope you enjoy my experience and please help feed that algorithm and leave a comment.

Yappy with the help of his great friend and mentor; @Jpthebeeman, a professional beekeeper , has learned many skills to remove bee swarms and honey bee colonies safely for the bees and homeowners alike.

Honey Bee Wiki:
A honey bee (also spelled honeybee) is a eusocial flying insect within the genus Apis of the bee clade, all native to mainland Afro-Eurasia.[1][2] After bees spread naturally throughout Africa and Eurasia, humans became responsible for the current cosmopolitan distribution of honey bees, introducing multiple subspecies into South America (early 16th century), North America (early 17th century), and Australia (early 19th century).[1]
Honey bees are known for their construction of perennial colonial nests from wax, the large size of their colonies, and surplus production and storage of honey, distinguishing their hives as a prized foraging target of many animals, including honey badgers, bears and human hunter-gatherers. Only 8 surviving species of honey bee are recognized, with a total of 43 subspecies, though historically 7 to 11 species are recognized. Honey bees represent only a small fraction of the roughly 20,000 known species of bees.
The best known honey bee is the western honey bee, (Apis mellifera), which was domesticated for honey production and crop pollination. The only other domesticated bee is the eastern honey bee (Apis cerana), which occurs in South, Southeast, and East Asia. Only members of the genus Apis are true honey bees,[3] but some other types of bees produce and store honey and have been kept by humans for that purpose, including the stingless bees belonging to the genus Melipona and the Indian stingless or dammar bee Tetragonula iridipennis. Modern humans also use beeswax in making candles, soap, lip balms and various cosmetics, as a lubricant and in mould-making using the lost wax process.
Etymology and name
The genus name Apis is Latin for "bee".[4][5] Although modern dictionaries may refer to Apis as either honey bee or honeybee, entomologist Robert Snodgrass asserts that correct usage requires two words, i.e., honey bee, because it is a kind or type of bee. It is incorrect to run the two words together, as in dragonfly or butterfly, which are appropriate because dragonflies and butterflies are not flies[6] If I Hadn't caught it on camera, beekeeping, honeybees, yappybeeman, yappy,Massive Bee Swarm, beekeeping videos, yappy beeman, bee videos, honeybee videos,628 dirt rooster, hornet king videos, you wouldn't believe me,most viral bee video, bee infestation, found in,jpthebeeman videos, new home issues, bee removal video, massive beehive, worlds largest, found, huge, biggest, never seen, bees, hidden treasure, unearthed, didn't expect this, extraction, the boogeyman, asmr, bts Хобби
I remember being chased and stung by a swarm of bees, and their hive was in a tree. Then yappy just digs into the tree with his bare hands😂😂😂
Love how you dont fear the bees have no protective gear and just get on with the job 🙂
HOWWWW does he find the queen in two seconds inside a dark tree trunk?!?!?!!!
I’ve learned so much from watching Yappy. He has such respect for the bees and a wonderful sense of humor and calm. He’s really changed my perspective on bees in general. I love when he’s directing them toward the new hive and says to them, “Come on ladies, every bee matters.“
What a great channel this is!
Looks like old Yapproni struck again and I too DEARLY love to watch the little girls march! Nothing like it and good catch on Queenie. This one was worth waiting on so Thanks and God Bless!
And to you. Thanks for jumping in.
U 2, Pal!@@YappyBeeman
We were at a baseball game last weekend with 19,000 people in the stands. Guess who gets stung in the face. Me the allergic guy. Thankfully I carry my pen everywhere. Great job taking care of the bees and god bless.👍🏼♥️🙏
I wish even a small fraction of humanity was this in-touch with nature ❤
Thank you for whatvyou do and never change, Yap
That shot with the bees running as the smoke rises was pretty darned cool!
I hoped it would turn out good. Glad it didn't dissappoint.
After surviving the tree being felled, I hereby dub her Queen Tyche, the Greek Goddess of luck and good fortune.
I am glad the Queen made it through the fall now she can have a happy bee hive. lol Have a great day
Me too or this night not have been as much fun.
I have a new respect and understanding of honey bees since finding this channel.
Great job Yappy.really makes my day when you find queen
I love how you talk to them ❤️
Hello, I love watching people work with bees. I personally won’t go near them but I love watching you guys work with them. Thank you.
Awesome extraction Yappy! Glad this company called you instead of just spraying poison.
We just went on a fieldtrip and the lady spoke on this topic. Your video brings it all together as she showed us the plastic case she uses for the queen bee, the smoker, and trays, along with other equipment. I am surprised to see you working without a bee veil and suit. Thank you for this video. My daughter enjoyed it!
Thats awesome and thank you for this comment. I appreciate that my content could help bring the visual to what I'm sure was a great presentation. And please share with your daughter my thanks for watching.
Great Video! I always love seeing what you're doing! You always get your Queen!
Thanks for sharing your latest adventure!
From Susan in Michigan ❤
Thanks so much! Its always a bee adventure around here.
It’s 5am in UK, seeing son off to work & can’t sleep. What do u do? Watch the Tappy 🐝 Man…Love it 🤛🏼💛
Another happy day brought on by Yappy. I like watching other bee people and I think they are great but I am more relaxed by your gentle reaction to the bees. Even the wild bees seem to be relaxed with you of course the smoking takes the edge off. Even so you don't demonstrate confrontational vibes and the bees seem to realise that. Thanks for making a very interesting and very informative programme. I appreciate it. We need bees. The verona mite is a big worry, no bees less crops. Stay safe and many thanks for your good husbandry nature. Stay happy Yappy for many years to come. ❤❤🎉🎉from Australia.
Thank yappy for saving the 🐝 they play important roll in this 🌎!!!
Hey Yappy Dappy Doooo❣️😊
Great job
Great shot of the smoke rising up through the log, very creative camerawork Yappy!
I appreciate this channel so much. It wasn’t until a few years ago- that I had a random beehive in my front yard tree.. and then I started trying to educate myself on bees, and came across this channel. Since then, I’ve been really fascinated with how bees navigate and communicate. Pretty interesting.
Another Great Rescue !! No queens were injured in this video !
Love how excited you get Yappy. What does your shirt say? Something heroes.
Hives for Heros. Great organization
Great job! :))) It always amazes me how you find the queen!
Love it. . This would have been fun to watch. I have a cousin with a colony in a tree.
You can tell that the queen is in there, by the fanning before you even added the smoke.
Like your attitude and your sharing about the bees!
4:55 now this camera angle is 🔥🔥
Once again...watching Yappy makes me very happy
Hello there 😊 I was referred to you by Grammy Midwife. New to the bee community, definitely appreciate your presentation. Wowwww look at all those bee’s inside the tree
I amazed by the large cones inside of the tree
I just have to know, how many times have you been stung on one of your hands? I've never seen anyone, even professionals like yourself, handle so many bees bare handed. You're the only exception. It's impressive and I applaud you for it! 👏👏👏
I plan on starting my own bee keeping venture in about 3 years from now so I'll be visiting this channel more and more as the days approach. Thank you for the upload!
Great plan. Educate then get into it. You should do well.
@@YappyBeemanHow is it the bees are not attacking you??
Fantastic work 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
@dhoodarrogant8611 becuz u have to BEE-lieve in urself...... I'll see myself out.
Yappy, you are the whisperer!👍💪✌️
Awesome tree removal. I can't believe how easy it was to remove the comb, as many tree hives that I have done, I have never seen the comb come out so easily. For me, they usually build the comb all up inside of the nooks and crannies and it NEVER comes out in one nice piece. Great video, I'll be posting my tree removal in 2 weeks. As usual, Yappy gets the drop on Mr. Ed. See you later today. God's peace brother.
I will be seeing you soon. Can't wait. Until then, let me run over to your channel and check out those LSU bees you got to mess with.
Always a great adventure.
Many Thanks Yappy! You Good!
SEE YA on the next one, I just love watching your videos YApPY, so if I leave an extra comment or two it’s because I can’t stop watching 🇨🇦🐝🇨🇦🐝your videos are fun, not boring!! 🇨🇦🐝🇨🇦

Bees can defend themselves against most aggressors but not those calloused hands. They didnt even try.

Great save!🎉
Hi Yappy! So excited to see a new video. Excellent video too! that swarm commander is incredible.
I love it. Always been my favorite
That was slick, Yappy. I did a removal on the underside of a deer stand a few nights ago and life would have been a lot easier if your video was out a week earlier 😉
Lol.....sorry. But now ya know.
Success! I realy like to watch your videos, and I tahnk you for the response to my question that I asked on another video!
It's nice to see how excited to get them you are!

Awesome video Yappy..Smoke coming thru log looked like bee Stogie!!! You Smoked'em.
Yappy video, happy day! I loved seeing them in their "natural" environment for a change - as opposed to under someone's roof or in a garage or something. It makes me wonder how many hollow trees holding beehives are out there in the wilderness.
Chainsaw therapy , always a good day.
Been a while, glad to see you back
Thanks. Just busy as a bee lately.
Love watching this. It is just amazing.
I so like watching you !❤

My grandson loves watching you and has learned that honeybees are awesome and not to fear them! Keep up the great work!!!
Thats awesome. Tell him Yappy said hello 👋
@@YappyBeeman I will pass that message on!
@@YappyBeeman
She's right lol I am her daughter and Henrik is mine and says 'Yay more bees saved!' He loves your videos
YAPPY! I have bees under our shed out back! They are going into the bottom vent hole in and out LOL started 2 days ago! We have a guy coming tomorrow to do a live removal, this ought to be interesting! I'm going to tell him to show me the Queen!!
Hope it all goes well. It should be some great fun.
@@YappyBeeman it might be fun for me watching haha he said he can do it without cutting into the shed. Right okay buddy let's see what the girls say LOL!!
@@YappyBeeman The bee guy came and even though I'm kind of terrified of bees he didn't mind me out there watching! He got the bees to come out under the shed onto the wall using peppermint oil and water in a sprayer and it was so cool! They were hanging on the outside of the shed and all the sudden they turned and started marching right into the box! Then a bunch on the top of the box started fanning it was awesome! They weren't aggressive either, they paid us no attention and I was right there next to the guy, they barely bumped us. No stings either. I think because it was only a few days since they landed under the shed it they weren't really an established colony they weren't defensive. But no bees since but what an experience for me!
I always look forward to your videos, especially when they feature a new scenario and a new product.
Nice removal/save Yappy!
Fantastic work 👏👏👏👏👏🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Man that's crazy how u work. I love ur videos. Bees r so cool. I'm deathly allergic to bee stings but if I wasn't I'd have some bees. I think they r the coolest insect ever. Keep up the good work.
I'm surprised they aren't mad from the chainsaw, I guess I assumed that would piss them off
Thanks Yappy! Been missing you and your bees.
Nice video as always, keep up the good work :)
Can’t wait my favourite channel 👏👏👏👏👏🤗🤗🤗🤗
I love a good Yappy video! I love how you talk to the bees

@@YappyBeeman I have one coming up that has bees in the floor under the refrigerator floor and yellow jackets 30 feet away. They thought that they had 2 honeybee colonies.
