+ Fresh aloe leaves;
+ 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder;

I am getting rather confused. One instruction video, for cleaning orchid leaves, expressly warns agains cleaning the underside of orchid leaves unless the cleaning is done with diluted lemon/lime water. Other instructions show and instruct you to do it with whatever

Water rolls off top of orchid leaves, not absorbent. It absorbs air, etc. thru underside,
