    The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $52k dividends received in 2022.

      I agree! That's why it is advisable that you have to invest while you still have a regular job or earning a regular income, and do it constantly. You still need to have something that will keep you going even if you're investing. Good financial planning and money allocation is the key.

    wonderful video Everyone aspires to financial independence and a better quality of life. This is not difficult to achieve with wise investing, a frugal way of life, and careful budgeting. I'm pleased I realized early on that working hard is necessary to achieve financial freedom.

    • @WillieNickell
      @WillieNickell 7 месяцев назад +4

      My belief is that making a wise investment is a fantastic way to save money for the future as well as a way to generate passive income. Those who make poor mistakes early in life regret them later in life. But, if done alone, investing may be challenging and risky. For this reason, I suggest consulting experts for advice (financial advisors). The difficulty lies in effectively employing it, not just watching videos and reading investing books.

    It is rare for someone to become a millionaire from business in the US. In the USA, the statistics are, the average wage is $55k per year, and less than 10% of Americans are millionaires and the mass majority of those are over the age of 40. So, most people made this from saving year after year, investing and compounding that equity.

      If you are trying to invest your capital, whether it is in property, private businesses or financial securities, the main goal of it is more or less the same, you want to grow your capital. And the first question you have to ask yourself is how much you can get in returns by investing your money in it? It’s important to have this knowledge in order to judge whether certain investment is worthy of your time and capital, and oftentimes figuring out the rate of returns is a difficult task

    4. You can only have good leadership when you have really good visionary skills, and you can only have really

    5. Relationship is everything, surrounding yourself with the right people. Try to find people that I can offer something to.
    6. Built a brand that is so powerful, like you ask people to jump, they're gonna said how high? They don't even think about why, or how.
    7. It always gonna be the product, your product will sell over everything. If your product is good, you don't need marketing,

    As an IT guy, I personally prefer Macs because it runs MacOS which is a Unix operating system. I prefer Linux, so it’s a Unix like OS. Because of this, I can become more productive faster in my tools of choice and open source software I use that’s made for Linux or Unix like systems. Now, you can build and deck out a laptop with Linux and I’ve done that, but you don’t need to do that with Mac. The computer is already great and comes loaded with awesome software. Apple does a decent enough job on security and performance. Lastly, the GUI and features are just much richer on a Mac versus a PC. Just my 2-cents.

    Their M2 chips make the battery last longer and output more power
    They last very long

      @@theschoolofhardknocks , I've not seen that building in years , I've only been inside once , it was atleast 30 years ago, in the late 70s there used to be a reform school where that building stood, would see the kids out side doing drills.

    Mac is better because I can buy a Macbook and it will work for years to come the same as it did on day one. You cannot say that about other laptops in the same price point.

    Think the best advice I would give would be to change how you view your portfolio. First and foremost, I like to view shares as haveing a saving account. This allows me to park my money in a broker acc and not feel rushed to invest in what could potentially be a failing asset. You park your money dont rush to invest in ANYTHING, until youve done your own techinal and market analysis. From there you can determine if a position is a good short term or long term investment opportunity, and depending on which it is will dictate if you should wear your traders cap or investors cap. In summation, park your money until your certain a company is in a position to win either short or long term and trade accordingly. Another would be to diversify your money to protect against draw back periods. Lastly i would always place stop losses on all my holdings especially the ones im not willing to hold for 10+years. I Wish yall prosperity and happiness, godbless yall.

    Regarding the guy in 10:38 who says Macs are not better than regular laptops, I have to disagree. Performance-wise they may not be better than regular PCs, but I believe when it comes to durability they're unmatched. Had my MacBook Pro for almost 8 years and never had a problem, and I still use it like the first day, which I can't think of were it to be a regular PC. I've just seen too many close people have to repair/change theirs 2 or 3 years after buying it. Ofc this might not always happen but I think it's a good rule of thumb.
    Thanks for reading and peace 🙂

    • @medes1062
      @medes1062 Год назад

      yea, there are obviously a lot of reasons why the mac is a great product, and why people choose them over other computers. and obviously some people buy them for fashion choices, which is also not wrong. there are MANY types of people who buy product, the reason doesn't always have to be a 'need'. for someone like him to have worked in the marketing space, and not know about such purchasing psychologies is not a good sign. i don't know man, out of everyone, he's the least coherent, it is as though he simply quotes other people's wisdom, and occasionally slips in his own 'wisdom', it's like 'wow, he's pretty insightful. uh wait, wth is he saying?' it's like those great wisdoms aren't the accumulation of his experience and result of his intelligence, he simply just said them to look good.
      the point he should be making is, if you want to be successful, you don't need a mac. no one will disagree with that, they JUST WANT the mac.

      I have been on the look out for a good CFA who would give a diversified approach on my assets to yield more income because I am about to retire. Any tip would go a long way, it is so hard to find one that truly grasps the entirety of the different sectors you need in your portfolio, rather than most, which choose to specialize in 1 or 2 industries, and that's a big deal for me because I am very open minded, plus I know if I can't have it all there's no point, if you understand what I mean?

      Basically, I made my first 100k profit in a time of high Fed pivots, you should consider investing in mutual funds like Vanguard, Schwabs, or Fidelity. Crypto is also good because the returns are quite high, but to be on the safe side. Choose stock-based mutual funds. I believe that robust, well-implemented ESG policies and practices directly contribute to the long-term success and sustainability of a successful portfolio management under Lisa Michelle Pacillas
