VERY well done ! I say this with 40+ years in mortgage finance & banking working with credit bureaus. Different models and parameters are used by different industries but *LVRCH CAPITAL* info is pretty much universal. If you're trying to max your credit scores, there is a happy medium between too many credit cards and none. Too many cards with zero balnce may actually hurt you in some cases. Even if you do not use them, you have a potential. To always pay cash & still have cards doesn't help your scores as well

I personally think this revolutionary way of buying /selling art or actually anything that can be classified as a virtual asset will need to be watched very closely. In 40 years maybe doing this you'll have $1 million... people don't understand that investing a piece of your paycheck will NOT make you rich unless you get lucky and find a good stock. Or you make multiple six figures. To get rich you need to start a business so you can bring in enough money that actually makes sense to invest.
If you base this on the average salary and they tell you to save 10% or around $500/month it will take you 40 years at an average return to make $1 million. Now, in times where you have people like this guy and other influencers making $1 million in a month, it is absolutely stupid to trade 40 years of your life for that.
Look at all the world's richest people. None of them got there by investing a piece of their paycheck into dividend stocks lol they are all business owners who made their money first and then invested

@@f3mcell373 all I can say is if you think it is impossible- then it is. Start where you are. I did not start by looking at a $2million franchise. Just 4 yrs ago i started much lower but i can do much more now. These entrepreneurs started where they were. The guy with 50
Franchises did not start at 50. He started at 1.

I have a story. When I first got on google maps, I had a friend in Houston at that time. So, I went around on Google maps and It was River Oaks I think! So I zoned in on that area and I was thinking are those hospitals? Government buildings? What are those giant structures? I am not used to houses that big but it was houses. I was like OMgosh...My town only has a dozen or so "mansions" and nothing over 2-4 million even on a lake and stuff. I was astounded. I like cozy homes so it's not a dream of mine but YOU Go folks! Good video fella!!
