There's a very annoying strategy you can do with Nak with his mobility, which is if your support checks and sees no one defending enemy red buff early game, you can clear your blue and immediately use your mobility to hop walls and invade to steal red against a lot of junglers. Due to this in TW it is very common if you are facing a Nak to clear blue and immediately proceed to check on your red without clearing rest of blue side in order to avoid this.
The fafnirs build is a legit macro focused build, you do bonkers objective damage with it but its subpar when you are trying to assassinate. Some TW players also used to run a bootless build with stuff like The Beast or Uriels though I personally think that one is too risky
