Thank you for uploading this..I was reaching the height of boredom with dumbells and cable machines...smith machine is my new gym spot now..thank you!!!
Excellent tutorial video : The Smith Machine gets lost in a gym personally i use it a lot for my clients, helps beginners with body alignment........ Thank you :)
I tried some of the exercises. I found it is best for Lunges, Leg press, Calf raise, shoulder press. Not recommended for Deadlift, Squat, Biceps & Back workout.
Awesome video. I am a member of a new gym, and wondering what I can do on the equipment. From this looks like i can stop at the Smith machine for awhile. Thank you
Try splitting up your muscle groups. Try different things to see what works best for you. Some people like to group multiple muscle groups at a time. Personally my workout split is Monday’s- Shoulders, Tuesday’s- Biceps and Triceps, Wednesday- Back, Thursday- Chest, Friday’s- Legs and Abs, Saturday- HIIT and Abs, Sunday- Active Rest Day! Each of these days I pick 4-6 workouts for each muscle group with the exception of Tuesday (with bi’s and tri’s I do three workouts for each since they are the same day). You can change this up now ever you’d like. Also I would recommend having a variation of workouts and to switch things up every workout! Hope this helps and Goodluck!

Buy a smith machine and you are done. #homegym
What’s the model of the machine you are using?
Any recommendations on how we should break these up for a routine

@@mchhamilton873 wowwow thank you so much I will try this.
Ideally you'd want to train each muscle twice weekly@@oldburnsson8840
I do alot of Smith machine and cables, my legs are toning up more, but I dont want them to get thinner, how can I keep them thick?
They aren’t going to get thinner if you’re using weights. Lean, maybe, but the muscles will replace fat. Eat your proteins

Half of these the same basic exercise.
That is what the gym is in reality. Compound exercises and accessory and isolation exercises for specific muscles complement compound exercises.
Real ones know the basics get the job done.@@alexpopescu7312
Those sissy squats look hard as f to do ngl
Look like a great way to blow out your knees
