I never heard of the band Semisonic, but glad I watched CBS morning show today and discovering him and his band. Love his music and voice.
They had a monster song in the late 90s called "Closing Time" that bar bands everywhere love to play last.

Well, SOMEBODY must have liked it, because it charted huge, and got a Grammy. Not saying you should like it, if everybody liked the same thing the bar would only need one tap. Maybe if I play it last, everybody will get annoyed and leave, which is what we want. :D

Ha I think I'd walk if I was supposed to sing after Chris, even if I could sing to start with.
LOVE this song and am coming to love and respect Dan.... seems like a very kind and humble sort. And of course REALLY talented! NOT hating but.....I've never really gotten the Chris Stapleton love. I'm sure it's me, not him. But he just doesn't stand out in any way, to me.
