I never realized this untill now but, phonoas attack animation, his legs point foward and dark phonoas lets point back when they attack, just something i noticed. its kind of like they have their own personalities and also way of carrying their body and it shows when they do their attack

I actually believe stacking DPhono with Cyberpunk would be very ideal, since they both have similar attack cycles and could technically cover the slow gaps in between each other.
that is exactly how i beat manic eraser with 1800 UR. chronos + dphono + cyber ensured those gory blacks never pushed an inch

The only things holding him back are occasional 2.3k dps, but especially the new surge deflecting aku enemies, which kind of hurt Dasli slightly. They definitely aren’t enough to make surge unusable or irrelevant, but it definitely hinders surge as to not let them completely break the game.
Yeah, I would've liked him to mention the surge counter ability. Although it's not really prevalent, it exists and could become an issue in the future.
Counter-surge does not affect Dasli one bit. She's literally surge immune, and we already have plenty of options both for defensive and offensive aspects.
@@astablemultivibbrator8538 Not my point. She will sabotage other cats, restricting your team to essentially a single lineup, thus hurting her usage in the current meta. You will not be able to use cat researcher, and can-can nukes will be limited as well. It isn't huge issue now, but when surge-counter enemies start to be paired with different traited/niche enemies or have various traits themselves, you're not going to be able to use surge as much as you do now. What are you gonna do when (for example) a red enemy rusher with low KB count has surge counter? The current meat shields will not work against it as well as they do against Aku, which are currently the only surge counters in the game.

I’m at the first 15 chapter of UL and was wondering if I should save 1500 cat food for 100% Uber draws, half off sales, or just ball out on superfest. I’m not sure if I should be aiming for the broken legend rares or the best Ubers
Its a bit late for an answer but tbh it depends on what ubers you already have. If youve gotten lucky and have most of the best ubers from regular banners (daliasan/ganglion, gravi/bora, yuki/keiji, balrog/lasvoss, amaterasu/chronos etc.) then it would absolutely be worth rolling cat food. However, unless you have basically all the top ubers from non epic/uberfests banners id say its still better to wait for guarantees on the banners where you are missing those units. If you are optimal you should still be able to pull many many draws from uber and epicfest with regular rare tickets that you should save in between these banners (dont use them on non fest banners, fest banners have better droprates for single tickets).
So in summary, save for 100% guarenteed, unless you have (or almost have) all of the best ubers from each banner then at that point it doesnt matter.

I recently started playing BCJP and I got him pretty early. He's been helping me beat the crazed stages without having crazed wall or cat.
I have crazed fish, dragon, and titan without having ANY rare true forms or crazed meatshields

Its great to see they made the other phonos a support instead of a sniper that has the same quality as the normal phonos I remember one of the comment on the phonos showcase predicting Dphonos would have ridiculous passive like savage blow and stats(Still He has insane stats for a support tho) but its also sad to see mitama lose her spot :( still no.1 waifu tho.

It's a Christmas miracle. I rolled 10 rare tickets for Epicfest and got D'arktanyan, Gravi, and Dark Phono.
In my opinion I still think DPhono is somewhat inferior to Mitama, I understand that not being Curse immune is a disadvantage for her and not being able to be immune to Surges really hurts however Mitama has a lot of other immunities that DPhono lacks that can make him vulnerable to certain enemies that hit or get to him.
But one things for certain is that Mitama and DPhono are essentially interchangeable, depends on which situation/stage you're against- 1) The Enemies have crazy long CC that hits DPhono and you need to keep at something that is not only immune to various CC but also provide better CC Uptime then choose Mitama
2) If a stage has Relics, Surge Spam and or heavy pushing enemies in general then definitely use DPhono
It's crazy that the Epicfest exclusives are given things to counter all traits which was the intention for the Uber exclusive at which point you might as well give Mitama or Phono target against Traitless with immunity to Curse cuz what's the point anymore-
The only thing I would change is relics for traitless in the 2) part. The only non boss relics that hard counters mitama are loris and the relic chicken. The rest are generally favorable match-ups (relic face isn't, but he's not a direct counter since he's usually just sitting on the back)
Good reasoning, but I do have to point out some flaws I see here. You see, Dphono did not go above Mitama just because of its immunity to curse and surge, but because it’s enormous range. Mitama has a standing range of 350, which is mid-ranger. Dphono, however, stands at 500 range, which can be considered as a backliner. The 150 difference in range is so important because it gives lots of protection to Dphono and also provides it with better CC from a far distance. Especially in later stage that aku enemies are introduced, meaning they have shields that almost can’t be Controlled unless broken. However. Dphono can hard force it with good dps, standing at a safe distance while having surge immunity. For early game, I think mitama might be as powerful as Dphono. However, in late stages, Dphono is preferred just in general for its higher standing range, better dps, immunity to surge and curse.

but yeah mitama is slightly better in general, but I think what makes her better than dphono is her ability to reposition. having a massive health pool is nothing when you have a long attack animation and only 5 kb (not saying thats bad or anything it's just worse than mitama's 15).
@@someoneio04 yes, you are absolutely correct… in theory. Mitama does have 15 KB in theory, but can it be used in full potential giving it only has 30000 hp at level 30? You may argue it has 120000 vs traited enemies. But what if a traitless enemy touches her? What if Mitama is cursed? She will die very quickly. Dphono will have 60000 hp and 5 kb in 500 ranges, not matter what the situation is.
@@brighthu3380 that's what other meatshields/units are for. and no, she will not die very quickly, that's why she has 15 kbs, to reposition and strike back. If she's cursed, chances are, she'll get knocked back, wear off the debuff and do the same thing over 15 times. Like op said, dphono is better in some scenarios, like in stages where loris/golem sunfish are used (excl bosses), but aside from the niche of being cursed, dphono is outclassed by mitama. You're also ignoring her resitant ability, and ignoring the fact that dphono has no counter against traitless either.
tldr shes not going to soak up damage, and reposition, and dphono is better in some scenarios with curse but not most.

Its funny now you say Dark Phono is above Mina when on siluman video you say on Dasli/Phono/Mitama is above Dark Phono. Yes Dark Phono is still on best uber & best generalis. But his random factor is to much if we looking for consistency & i still stand on Mitama is better on consistency both on cc & dmg. Also nowadays we have much better anti relic cc & have surge dmg reduction. That factor can make use Mitama on UL more convien & easy than before.
Or why we should choose between when we can easily use both?

@@joy-zq7pv Barrel is better than base Furiluga, but not better than true form. Lower range and non-guaranteed shield pierce makes dying before completing his task a real possibility. Sure he's spammable, with like 20 sec recharge, but he's still slow and won't match Furi's consistency. Not to mention they missed out on one of the best worker level up combos in the game. Never sell a new uber, no matter how much you think they suck. True form, talents, and combos are all improvements that can make them great.
