Show up early, put in the work, remediate when you have to, and never forget you always have 33% more left in the tank once you hit your failure point. Giving up is never an option. No one ever respects someone that isn’t willing to go to failure to achieve their goals and ambitions.

I'm not the most successful with women, and I've had my share of disagreements with Cooper, but I will say this...
I started gaining weight at age 9. Two years later Spider-Man 3 hit theaters, though that movie was more awful the more I watched it, Spider-Man's physique still motivated me to exercise daily and cut certain things out of your diet. I'm 26 now and I go to the gym 6 times a week, sometimes I go on Sundays.
At age 16 I decided that I wanted have a muscular body, a collection of guns, knives, samurai swords and eat lots of meat and seafood as well as travel to wherever I want to. I have it all now. My collections aren't as big as I want them to be (but if 16-year-old me could see it he would ejaculate until he dissolved into a pile of plaster). I eat steak, pork loin and chicken on an average week and every other month I eat salmon, bison and alligator. Twice I've had elk, once I've had lobster and swordfish that I prepared myself, and once I've had black bear (and that was the best damn meat I've ever had). How did I accomplish that at such a young age?
Though I got layed off from a job as a handyman at an electric shop, and failed college and had to work at subway for a year, that fantasy of a gun/sword collection and traveling the country or the world is why I still kept going! There were days at Subway I'd go into the kitchen or bathroom and cry, but those days gave me motivation to find either education or skills that would get me a better job.
When I was informed of a job fair I didn't even hesitate to print several copies of my resume and go to the fair. Though I only got two job offers and got a job from one of those companies, I was just glad to work more hours, better pay, and not have to work at subway anymore. Several months later I found an opportunity to work at a factory that has you start at $19.90 an hour, with benefits, insurance, PTO, and a pay increase the longer you stay, and I took it. Just two weeks before my 24th birthday I had moved out of my parents' house (as well as Illiinois) and I'm grateful for it.
A year ago I had $2,000 in credit card debt and $3,000 in student loan debt, but within a year I payed it off by saving money. Now I'm $3,771 away from paying off my car and have plans to acquire other exotic meats such as emu, ostrich, yak and wagyu beef. I also have plans to go hunting and fishing with good outfitters so that I can acquire a few months worth of high-protein meat. In 2021 I made $50,000, so what is your excuse?
What did I do? I DID THE WORK!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes I disagree with Rich a lot, but he is 30,000% right when he says DO THE WORK!!! Was it hard? Yes, but the end result was worth it. My parents were hard and pushy and annoying but that was my motivation to get out of their house. If you lack motivation, I don't know what to tell you. My life was hard, and many things didn't go the way I expected, but I didn't allow victim mentality to hold me back!
Before you come at me with your victim mentality or what Rich calls "Complicating life and justifying why", remember this! You were not set up for failure! Society didn't fail you! Baby boomers didn't fail you! Uncle Sam didn't fail you! You failed yourself! When you fail, learn from it! If someone puts hurdles in your path, jump over them, crawl under them, run around them or run right through them! The only thing stopping you is YOURSELF! It ain't your muscles or your marksmanship that makes you a tough guy, it's how fast you pick yourself after you fall!
With or without a woman, I will live the life I want to and maintain it.
    DO THE WORK!

@@activatekruger446 well write down past achievements, past victories, and past failures and then think about where you wanna go. Motivation a lot of times is fueled by wanting something. Like how people save cash to buy a better coat or watch or a better appliance etc. You gotta want something really really bad. Got broad shoulders? Narrow waist? Swol quads? How bad do you want something?
Maybe you just don't know what you want. It's a big world. I get it. Think about this: girls like a man who not only knows what he wants, but also knows how to get it (or also a guy who goes after what he wants)

I paid off all my debt, and I'm saving money/investing now. I have net worth goals now, etc. Not doing this to attract women at all. That said, I have to self-talk daily against my excuses and self doubt. I have to actively tell myself I'm worthy because I'm working hard on myself. Fuck everybody else. I'm trying. That's the best I can do and I'm doing it for me.

Kind of like older women on plastic surgery... or men in their 50s who try to date 20 year olds.. some just cannot admit time is up and they are wrong... many people won't admit they are wrong, that's the key issue (especially politics when they lose a debate by repeating the TV talking points)

Doing the work will also keep the women interested in the man inside a relationship. Also it just makes the man more dynamic in the world of business. Finally as a mentor to 4 young men in my family it helps me to understand their dynamic. I am pointing them all your way. Keep at it you are doing a world of good.

Should add luck on there. IDC what anyone says sometimes it's really about being in the right place at the right time knowing the right person. Everything else in a lot of cases is secondary. How many talented people we know of who took the risk did all this and are still not where they should be?
Also how many people untalented people who are terrible at what they do yet are still successful simply because they knew the right person. I used to believe in all that a long time ago hard work dedication etc. But after what I've seen the past 3-4 years in life not anymore. That's 25-40% AT BEST.

Yeah!! ‌Due to the fall in the stock market, I don't think it's advisable holding, it would be more beneficial and yield more profit if you actually trade on cryptocurrency I've been trading since the dip, and I've made so much profit trading.

@Rebecca Katheriner ‌that's why you need the help of a professional like Mr Dave Jevans who trade and understand the market more to earn good income, these professionals understand the market like it's there own farm and make s maximum profit for investors.

Im going to have to disagree with you on that because im 49 years old im thin no muscular by american standards im average looking always was same as my friends and we always get top chicks and i mean alot of chicks.Never online but in real life.I see succesful guys way better looking then me struggle getting hot chicks. So you can have all the traits that you say you need and get nowhere and you can have none of the traits and get hot girls like me and alot of average guys i know

Part of this is true the other part is bs these dudes are 6”2 they have no idea how hard it is being 5”9 it’s easy for them to get girls because that have a advantage and won’t acknowledge it why try when yk no matter what you do you can’t change your height it’s a lot easier to get going when your 6”2 and say hey if I get into shape I’d perfect while us short guys there’s no point because we’ll just be short in shape guys while they’ll be tall in shape guy who do you think that girl is going to sleep with we all know it’s the tall guy short guys are better off just buying hookers at least you can those no matter what shape your in or what’s you look like

There is no easy button. If you have anxiety, doubt, insecurity etc. the answer is in you, you gotta figure it out. Self work is uncomfortable and your body has a memory for anxiety, trauma and habits. For the analytical overthinker that gets in their own way refer to Joe Dispenza.
